+ 0 moreJeff was great. If I were to ever tile my house again I would use him every single time. Not only are his prices competitive, the quality of work which he did was tremendous. He can do anything. He made my entire house look terrific from tiling every single room flooring, 2 showers, fireplaces, backs plash, he can really do anything. I would 100% use him every single time. And.. hes a nice, easy guy to work with, had a fantastic experience.
Description of Work: Tiled floors, showers, back splash, and fire place.

Description of Work: They installed floor tile in our master bathroom. We worked with Jeff the last time we needed tile work in 2006. When we needed tile work completed at our new house, we hired Jeff and his crew. Once again, we were extremely pleased with the quality of his work. He is very friendly and easy to talk with. He explains what needs to be done extremely well and talked with me about our available options in a way that I could understand. He worked hard while he was here and cleaned up well afterwards. There were no surprises with the pricing--he charged exactly what he said he would. Also, we have 3 young children who were very curious about his work, and Jeff and his team were very friendly and nice to the children. We would definitely hire Jeff again.

+ -1 moreJeff was very competent and knowledgeable. He used a new grout that has been available only two months that requires no sealing and is stain resistant. He was very punctual and very neat. He has worked on multi million homes and therefore has the latest design techniques. His work appears on a regular basis in Indianapolis Magazine. His prices are very competitive.
Description of Work: Jeff removed carpet and placed tile in two bath rooms.

+ 0 moreYou may have to wait a couple weeks to get on his schedule but once he gave us a date, he was here. Felt safe leaving him here while I was out. We are very pleased with his work. He cleaned up well each day as he left.
Description of Work: We prepared walk in shower for tile and they tiled it. They also tore out old tile floor, in bath, prepared it for tile , tiled it and grouted it. He sent us to his supplier to pick out and pay for our tile separately. He then picked up the tile the day he arrived to start the job.

Description of Work: Removed old shower tile and floor. Installed new ceramic tile in shower and floor. I also utilized the sub-contractors that were recommended by TileGuyz and the service they provided were very good at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Jeff was very easy to work with, responsive with his quote and was able to schedule our work within our desired timeframe. He was very accomodating, as we were having 3 to 5 different trades working in tight quarters at the same time. He layed tile for us in the kitchen, a half bath and full bath as well as the shower surround tile in the full bath. he aslo layed marble tile around a 1920's fireplace which we have been complemented on by everyone.

Description of Work: The seal between our (faux) marble walls in our shower stall degraded. We tried several different "fixes" without success. The Tile Guyz were able to fix this once and for all at a reasonable cost and the seal has remained in place for several weeks now. I would definitely use this company for any similar work in the future.

+ -1 moreThe man who runs the outfit came by for an estimate. He was very amicable and the install price we agreed upon was a bargain. He had never worked with this product before but was up for the challenge. I wanted the floor installed ASAP because my washer and dryer couldn't go in until the flooring was installed. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate mine and was in and out in no time. The floor looks great and (a year and a half later) I have had no issues with the floor or the install. I would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: I hired them to install EcoTimber woven solid bamboo floor planks.

+ 0 moreAfter some initial communication delays everything moved along nicely. Jeff helped consider all kinds of scenarios and making a good decision. They came out three days in a row, got the job done nicely and professionally, when he had a problem that was considered outside of his expertise he seemed to have a great network of other resources that came out as well. The extra work that needed to be done was very reasonably priced and high quality work. Overall the job itself was done wonderfully. I wish we hadn't had those difficulties in the beginning which had just cost a lot of time.
Description of Work: Estimate, tile matching for antique tiles, repair of water damage behind loosened tiles.

+ -1 moreJeff was kind and professional. He was punctual and reliable and gave us realistic expectations for the time the job would take and how many trips would be required. The finished product is nicely done. Our only suggestions for improvement would be more discussion about matching of the grout/caulk and the payment terms. Up front, he said no money was due until after the job was complete. However, about 50% of the way through the job, he asked for 50% of the fee. We gladly paid it and it did not change his responsivness at all. But it was different than what was quoted up front. Overall, a pleasant experience and we would feel comfortable using him again.
Description of Work: Jeff was the most reasonable quote of several companies we checked for the removal and repair of our master shower stall floor pan. He also met us at Lowe's to purchase tile and he referred us to other tile sources to show us additional selection and.

+ 0 moreJeff was very helpful selecting material and finding the best solutions for the tasks performed. He was very easy to work with and also communicated well with the other contractors on the job site to coordinate timing of work to be done. Overall, great exerience for very reasonable cost.
Description of Work: Jeff layed tile in our kitchen, half bath and full bath floor and shower area. He also put in marble tile around the fire place and hearth.

+ 0 moreThey did an excellent job. I cannot see any flaws in their work. They were very reasonably priced. They showed up exactly when they said they would.
Description of Work: Removed old vinyl flooring and installed new porcelain tile in a 45 sq. ft. bathroom. Their cost included removing toilet, washer and dryer and reinstalling after tile was laid. I supplied the tile material which I purchased at a hardware store for around $120, so the total cost of the job was $450.
