Description of Work: They are very professional ...they use "Vacuum to clean sofa, chairs, woodwork, drapes ect. (not a feather duster) They lady gets on hands and knees to mop vinyl flooring....they ask if you have a specific area that needs attention.....very thoughtful to your wants and needs....price is very fair...they work as a team and do not take up your entire morning or afternoon.....We intend to use them always........

Description of Work: Do general cleaning in my home every two weeks, and I have been using them for about one year. I am pleased with there general cleaning, and I especially like it that they use a crew of 3-4 people and they are done in around an hour or slightly more. They do a nice job on hardwood floors and dry them before replacing throw rugs, I prefer they use my products in bathrooms fo

Description of Work: It is rare that I take the time to describe a contractor experience but feel the quality of work done by the Maids warrants the effort. They cleaned my entire house and did a spectacular job. The Maids sent 3 ladies to my house who spent approx 2-1/4 hours cleaning from top to bottom....floors, kitchen, dusting, bathrooms, etc....My house was immaculate when they left. I was impressed by their attention to every detail including cleaning door knobs, light switches and replacing every item after dusting in exact placement. I have used several housecleaning services and they are by far the best I've ever used.

Description of Work: I used this company for a few months. They cleaned bi-weekly. The did an OK job initially, but then after a month or so, I realized it was just partially done well. It seems crazy to pay someone to clean as well as my pre-teens could clean it. Plus, we noticed an item missing but are not sure if the cleaners took it or it was misplaced...never found it when we moved. I didn't report this missing item to the owner since I didn't want to accuse someone of something that I wasn't 100% sure. However, after reading other comments, I thought I should share my experience so someone else doesn't have the same experience.
