They scraped, caulked and painted the exterior of my house. Terry was great about communicating when they would be here, and what they would be doing from day to day. They did not rush and performed quality work.

Terry and Andy did a fantastic job. We hired them to paint the exterior wood trim and some stucco sections on our 3,000+sf brick house. The price was very reasonable and they are meticulous in their work, very punctual, professional, and did an exceptional job. We will definitely have them do more painting for us in the future.

I have used Terry for many years, starting with the exterior of our home. He has done several bedrooms for us, also. He gives a very professional estimate that is clear and concise. His pricing is reasonable. He has great communication skills and shows up when he says he is going to. He does an absolutely fabulous job. His drywall repair is outstanding. We had one bedroom that had a nasty hole in the wall and numerous and quot;dingsand quot;. You would never know where any of the repairs were made...it looks perfect!!!!! I feel very comfortable leaving Terry to do work in my home while I am gone. He makes sure you are happy with the job. I will say he is the and quot;cleanestand quot; and tidiest person I have ever had in my home. Everything is protected. If there is a chance there may be dust, all doors are shut and areas are covered to prevent it from getting everywhere. I highly recommend Terry and will use him again in the future.

Terry did an amazing job with the painting in our home. We had hired him to paint a majority of the interior of our home. He was punctual, detail-oriented, kind, and professional. The pricing was fair and competitive. We would use Terry again for any future painting needs. Highly recommended!!!!

We needed to have the exterior painted of our 54 year old, 1500 square foot, all brick ranch. I interviewed 6 painters for the job, three “A” performers with many reviews found on Angie’s list and three found on my own. We are very pleased that we chose Terry. He was thorough with great attention to detail, very reasonably priced, answered my multiple questions, and provided project updates. One of the priceless advantages to using Terry we realized once the job had started was trust. We were perfectly comfortable and confident in the security of our home with Terry on the job. My highest priority after contactor and home safety is quality and craftsmanship. We plan on using Terry again in the future.

They were recommended to us by our several of my neighbors and they all thought their work was excellent. I had one other bid similar in price, but the bid from Ballenger actually noted that they would power wash before completed the work. I chose them because they specifically stated that they had detailed prep work. I thought the work turned out very nicely! Terry and his son were the only men on the job and they were great! I was pleased with their work and clean up. I would certainly ask them to come back for additional needs.

Their work consisted of painting almost 200 spindles as well as the top and the bottom of the deck. It was very important that it looked good underneath since our friends would be able to see it when we throw parties by the pool. In addition, we have a brick house so any paint going onto the brick would be very noticeable. Ballenger Painting made this one of the easiest projects we have ever contracted to have done at our home. They bid the job competitively, worked diligently each day, kept us posted of their progress, and exhibited craftsmanship and professionalism by only getting the paint exactly where it needed to be. This is simply the way that it should work when you hire someone. Great job guys! They are now on my list of preferred vendors and will be our go-to team for all our exterior and interior painting needs in the future. Save yourself the trouble of calling others and just call Ballenger Painting.

It was a very time consuming project because he painted the trim a different color. Terry was very prompt and did a wonderful job. We thought his price was more than reasonable.
