Swan Electrical Systems

The service was good. It turned out well. It was a big deal purchase and he stayed for an extra hour so we paid for the labor. We also had to pay for a few parts. We probably paid $75 extra. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He did his job and he was very clean.

I had no issues contacting them though.

Jason quickly diagnosed the problem and replace the sensor.

Job went fine. Jason ran to the store to get parts needed and even called me from store to make sure he picked up what I wanted as far as style for the ceiling light fixture. He did a great job and wasted no time.

We bought an Angie's List 'DEAL'. First one that's worked out well! Jason called US to schedule the appointment. Took care of us quickly. While he was here, I came up with more work that we needed (hence the larger $ amount). I do think he is very good value. He also showed us that an outlet that we thought would have to be replaced, was still fine. Easy to talk to. Dependable. Showed us two outlets that could not be converted. We'll definitely use him again!

Owner and worker were courteous, thorough, and responsive from start to finish.

I made an appointment for Saturday at 8 AM. Jason (not the owner) showed up 10 minutes early and got started right away. He came prepared and already had wiring stripped and cut for the job which saved time. He was very professional and was patient with my questions as I watched the process. He was done within one hour and our window air conditioner was no longer an issue. The outlets stayed cool to the touch after the re-wiring was completed and it prevented a potential fire hazard. Not to mention, it is more pleasing to the eye to NOT have an extension cord running to another room. This was a job well done and I would definitely hire them again if needed.

We were really pleased with his work and his pricing and everything. We really like them. They are responsive, pleasant, understood what I wanted and asked a lot of questions before and he answered prepared. He saved return-trips for special parts because he had asked the right questions before he came and which was nice.

Jason did a great job on installing wiring inside wall for tv and moving the wiring we have for our under cabinet lighting in the kitchen so the wires are not noticeable. Jason then looked at some projects we will probably do in the future and took photos for an estimate. I felt completely comfortable with Jason's competency and professionalism and he is a very pleasant person to have working in your home. We got the estimate for future work and will likely to using them.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Swan Electrical Systems. Everything went great. They're excellent. They did a great, wonderful job. There was an additional cost because he had to pick up some casing because we wanted to cover up some lighting outside, some electrical wiring. There was an additional cost but nothing that wasn't needed.

This was a wonderful experience! I was very pleased and would recommend them to anybody! He took the time to show me the adjustments on the stereo system and explained everything to me thoroughly. He was on time, clean, and very nice and professional.

Jason was punctual, professional, and very courteous. He answered all questions I had, and he did a great job rewiring switches and fishing the wire for the new fan.

Jason was a professional from start to finish. He arrived at the unit 10 minutes early, despite there being construction just down the street. After being told what the problem was, he immediately got started, and finished everything in about 45-50 minutes. All of the lights and outlets that did not work prior now work perfectly. Overall, I was extremely impressed with his skill, punctuality, and professionalism.

Fabulous! Jason was here from 8am until 2pm. He had to bring in scaffolding to change out the fixture in the entryway. Everything went great. I will absolutely use swan again!

WONDERFUL! He came in, introduced himself, wore a branded shirt. To do the work, he laid down a tarp over our rug for protection, cleanded up after himself. It only took 2.5 hrs!

My porch light had stopped working so I purchased a new one and had Swan Electric install it. I needed him to determine if the porch light was to blame or if the wiring to the light was bad. He determined that it was only the light that was faulty and installed the new one. He was extremely conscientious about the installation, the height of the new light and the aesthetics. He was also extremely accommodating as to the service call. When my ordered light came in earlier than expected he made himself available to come immediately to install it knowing that I was very concerned about not having a porch light on at night. I was most impressed and will definitely use him again.

The technician showed up on time, entered the house, and went right to work. He was quiet, yet friendly, and didn't waste time. He mounted my flat screen above the fireplace and made sure all the components were connected even though the components tier I had ordered had not yet arrived. He showed me how the mount worked and told me what was necessary if I wished to swivel the TV a great deal. He did a beautiful job and also educated me a bit.

Great experience overall! He was all time, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I was very impressed and will use this company again.

Jason was honest and professional from start to finish. Very easy to talk to and explained everything with patience and expertise. He was fast with the work he did while making sure to clean up any messes he made. Overall it was a very good experience and if I ever need any more electric work, he's my guy to call.

I purchased the 2 hour special for $99. I needed some new parts which increased the price a bit. Jason was very professional (called first, offered his opinion), polite (wore shoe covers) and courteous. He worked quickly and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use his company again.

Mr. Swanson was very punctual and polite. He was very careful in the way he replaced a celing fan in one of our bedrooms. He answered my questions and did his work quickly.
