We really liked working with Jason. He is neat and clean, offers reasonable pricing and completes his work in a reasonable time frame. We would definitely hire him again.

It turned out great. They were very knowledgeable, flexible and open. I have recommended them to someone that I know. He was very careful about everything. I had no issues with being able to get the time I needed. He called and said he was on his way. He was on time. He gave me some cards to give to people and gave me some advise on some other stuff that was electrical related.

1. installed a surged protector which we bought online 2. changed electrical and phone outline to another side of the room (study room) 3. replaced electrical outlet in laundry room (Jason bought from Lowes) as its always jumping fuse He called to follow up a few days later and a months later to see how everything is working out. Punctuality: well, he could not control the time that he finished his job before moving to the next. He was not far off from his appointment. Overall experience is AAAAA.

Jason provided punctual and excellent service. The repairs he provided were based on the results of a home inspection, and he addressed all of the electrical items which I needed repaired and really went above and beyond to make sure each item was thoroughly addressed. Very friendly, courteous and capable. Excellent.

Checked gfi, changed 2 light switches that had shorts, replaced balis, lights and installed sensor in the master closet so that the light would come on.

Jason spent all day and into the evening making sure all the work was complete. Lot of work, but we are very pleased both with the results and with Jason's attitude, work and professionalism. He is willing to take extra steps to make sure everything is done well and to the client's satisfaction.

Everything went very well, he even provided some insight into other options for projects I am considering. He is very friendly, trustworthy and considerate. Very much enjoyed having him here to do the work. He is quite knowledgeable and skilled, and well worth calling first.

They showed up on time and got started right away. I bought an 8 camera system to be installed around the house. The got the locations of where I wanted the cameras and they got their plan together to start. The first placed the power and video cables at the camera locations then drilled the holes to place them through. The got all the cables in place and ready to run down the inside wall to the location of my DVR unit. They installed all the cameras in their locations then came inside to cut out a hole for the cables to come down the wall and into the house for hook up to the DVR hit. After hook up, the lead person begins to set up the DVR and get things ready for viewing. The other tech makes sure that the cables going down the wall in the garage are secured and neatly fastened together. They cleaned up their mess before leaving even though I told them that I would get it. There was a problem with getting the unit to connect to my iPhone and it was decided that I would just play around with it and figure it out myself instead of running up an hourly bill. The techs were very professional and polite. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

AMAZING! It was so great working with this company. Jason was awesome from beginning to end. I called him in early November to get a price quote for my work and he was prompt in getting the estimate back to me. I had a unique situation and he answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He is busy, but he always gave me a realistic expectation of when the work would be done. I was very comfortable with him and his team and I felt they weren?t trying to ?pull one over on me?. They were clean, on time and were able to troubleshoot onsite since a few adjustments had to be made. I have LOTS of other electrical projects in my home and I fully intend on using them again.

I paid him for that service and he will schedule the two hours of electrical service in January to install a closet light.

The man that I spoke with was very friendly and professional. He had a lot of clients scheduled at that time and he wasn't able to work on my house within the timeframe that I needed. I may try his company in the future.

Jason Swan was very nice, punctual and most importantly knowledgeable. He was able to quickly identify the issue and fix my cable TV issues that 2 of Comcast's technicians 1) mis-diagnosed the problem and 2)never fixed. I would definitely recommend Swan.

Everything Jason did was fantastic. He was prompt, responsive, thorough (on the fixtures he removed he found that they had not originally been installed to code with electrical boxes, so he ensured he replaced them correctly before proceeding). He and I would touch base each morning before I left for work to discuss the previous days work and any changes or new projects I had come up with since our last discussion. Jason was flexible, listened to my needs, and very professional. The best thing (next to the finished product) was he cleaned up after himself. While I was looking forward to the end result of the project with Jason, I was not looking forward to coming home each day and having to vacuum up drywall and dust! However, my expectations were blown out of the water. Each day I would come home and it was as if the lights had magically appeared! You could not even tell Jason had been there, he was so meticulous. This is the first time I have ever worked with someone that took such care and pride in not only his work, but ensuring he left the place as he found it. This was only phase 1 for us with electrical improvements to our home. There will be no doubt when we are ready for phase 2 that we will be contacting Jason. We have plans for more recessed lighting and audio/video work as well. Can't wait!

Man arrived on time, went through my question sent a print out to help in future.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. They were going to do three things but they did two of them and they couldn’t do the third thing and I don’t know why. The light fixture they put in was mine and lasted a couple of weeks but as far as doing the work they were fine. They told me that I should find a different kind of light fixture which attaches a different way as it is an outside fixture. I think the box is rusted and if I think if the box is rusted they should take it out and replace it with a different box so I should call him tell him about it.

Very friendly . Worked promptly and did everything I ask. Love the work he did.

The service provider responded quickly to my purchase. On the day of service, Jason arrived promptly, right at our scheduled time. He explained the process clearly and gave a great estimate. He gave an estimated time, then completed the job on task with that time. Our new office was dusty during the job, but he took care of all the cleaning as he worked. In the end, we are very pleased with his work and would definantly recommend him to everyone.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. They did an outstanding job. They got everything that I wanted to and more. I had some renovations and I couldn't get that done on my own. There was a 2-week waiting period after I made the purchase because they were busy. They were very efficient and I thought the amount of time that they were there was good. It wasn't like they were lagging behind. He was extremely good about cleaning up as he went along so when the job was finished, he was done. I really appreciate that kind of service.

He arrived on time. Service was completed promptly and professionally. Would recommend his service to anyone. If the need for electrician ever arose again in the future, I would not hesitate to call him again.

Installation went fine, but there were a few issues. The track lighting was not aimed as we had requested. The electrican said he could not figure out how to aim the lights and they must be defective. My wife READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL and was on ladder aiming the lights when I got home. They also left the stickers on each fixture. The stickers are big and needed to be removed to look good. This is a big deal because some of these lights were mounted high over the stairs. We had to get out ladders and finish their job. They also charged me $135 for their $99 special.....something about a "trip charge". I should have bought it through Angie's List!

Great service. Only issues were final Bill was about $200 more than quote. Also had to take extra time of work bc work couldn't be done on originally scheduled day.

When contractors were "bit" by electricity as they installed my new siding, I was worried that I was in for a very big electric bill! With thoughts of my house burning to the ground, I wanted to make sure I hired a professional electrical contractor and turned to Angie's List. Happily, I found Jason Swan of Swan Electrical Systems. Jason was on time and was a total professional. He found the problem (during the siding installation, a nail missed the stud and pierced the electric wire). I asked, "Are you going to use electrical tape to fix the wire?" Jason said he needed to correct it properly and to code. Ahhh, music to my ears! Someone who actually cares about building codes and safety! The job was somewhat difficult because siding had to be removed and the wall cut open to access the troubled wire. It was further complicated because that wire affected the dimmer switches on two walls on the interior of the house. Even though I had hired Jason for a two hour window, he did not abandon the project. He did contact the client who followed my job and made sure she was OK with him finishing the job. He went without lunch and completed the project then cleaned up everything with his portable vacuum. Finally - he went above and beyond when he noticed the door leading to the garage (which he used coming in and out of the house) was not working properly, so he corrected that problem for me as well! lol What a great guy! I would strongly recommend hiring Swan Electric for both difficult and easy (installing lights) jobs. Now, I'm looking for other projects - perhaps it's time to update the outlets! lol Thanks Jason!!!

The service person, Jason, was very professional, explained things clearly, was very knowledgeable, and arrived right on time. And bonus, didn't charge me anything since there wasn't anything he could do with the design of the fixture. I will definitely call him again.
