Jason and his team are friendly, professional, and courteous. I was very satisfied with the grade A service I received. I trust his opinion and will use Jason again with my future projects.

I figured it was an outside GFCI that had sparked last year. he confirmed and was able to isolate the outlet (we didn't really need it and it came in from a concrete wall so digging out that line would be necessary to make it work and I wasn't that interested in pursuing that) so he isolated it and the circuit worked restoring the lighting/power in the basement.

Swan came out to perform a bunch of electrical jobs that I was not competent (or brave enough) to do. I purchased it through a Big Deal offer. They were excellent. I would use them again in a second. Very professional, did quick work, explained everything well, went above and beyond on our jobs, and didn't try to nickel and dime us for every single thing that they saw wrong. We're going to have them back to hang another chandelier...the price and the service are hard to beat. I'd use them again.

Jason arrived on time, was friendly and professional, took the time to explain and show me what needed to be done and why. Diagnosed outdoor pole light issues and scheduled date to replace.

I decided to turn our family room into our dining room. The lighting had always been poor in that room. The only ceiling lights were the lights over the fireplace. I had to wait approximately 6 weeks for Jason to do the work, but it was worth the wait. Jason and his helper Matt arrived promptly at 8:00A. They covered all the furniture and the fireplace with plastic before they started working. Jason cut a total of 10 holes in the ceiling for the 4 can lights and the chandelier. Jason and Matt worked quickly and asked my opinion before they did anything. After the can lights were in place and the chandelier hung, Jason patched the textured ceiling. The work is fabulous. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased. Jason and Matt were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, courteous, and informative. On a side note, just like in the old Angie's List commercial, I had to ask Jason to help me with our two very energetic goldendoodles! He did so very willingly! Thank you Jason and Matt!

I used Angie?s list to search for an electrician and selected Swan Electrical Systems. I made the right choice. I am sure there are many other competent electricians on this list, but Jason Swan definitely deserves an ?A? rating. Not only did he do an excellent job, his price was reasonable, his customer service as good as any I've experienced and just an all-around pleasure to meet and talk to. I will certainly continue to use and recommend Swan Electrical.

They couldn't get to me for three weeks and that just did not work for me.

It worked good with Swan Electrical Systems. They came out within the agreed amount of time, it was no delay on anyone's part.

A ladder fell on one of the hanging lights next to our garage doors. The light was anchored in masonry and the box within the masonry was broken. The light itself was fine, I just needed an expert to put in a new box within the masonry and hang the light. Jason showed up when he said he would, inspected the damage, realized the hanging light was missing a piece (definitely broken and thrown away when the ladder fell on it). Offered to run around ACE, LOWES, etc. to see if he can find a replacement. He did just that, didn't charge extra for his time looking for a replacement, installed the box and hung the light. Looks like nothing happened. Great work.

Jason Swan was excellent to work with in setting up the work. And Jason (#2) was excellent to work with in performing the work. The work was done very professionally and the result looks (& I believe to be) very professional. To replace the lamp over the stove-top, Jason had to drill through the brick wall. This was done neatly and at no additional charge. The first thing I noticed when the switch-plates and outlet covers were replaced was that they match the new paint very well AND that the groove in every screw was vertically aligned. Very nice! (And disinclined to collect dust). It all looks great. I took great care to select our vendors--taking time to read the Angie's LIst reviews from the top-rated vendors--focusing on members' satisfaction with vendors' taking care of any problems that arose AND focusing on vendors' replies to dissatisfied members. I felt Jason was the best fit for us. I was not disappointed. In a few weeks when the exterior painters are done, I'll again contract Jason to put up 6 new exterior lamps for us. I look forward to using him again. Thank you for a job well-done!

The owner was quick to respond and schedule. When he had to reschedule because of weather, he was prompt and courteous. Jason, the electrician, also was prompt and thorough. I'd hire them again. Reasonable price, good ideas for efficiency, and excellent customer service.

I had a burnt out wire, he found the problem and rewired. He was great to work with. He put a lot of time into his work. He was able to accommodate and schedule me very quickly. He is a wonderful person and we had great conversation.

Jason Swan replaced three of our ceiling light fixtures. He was on time, extremely pleasant and the work could not have gone better. We will definitely call him in the future for other electrical issues at our house.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Both Jason Swan (owner) and Jason the technician were very polite, respectful and most importantly knowledgeable. Jason Swan was very patient in explaining the work that needed to be done and Jason the technician couldn't have been diligent in working to complete the job - even on one of the coldest days of the year. We would definitely recommend Swan Electrical and will call them again if a need arises.

I wanted to install a ceiling fan with light kit in out 18ft tall family room. I tried to do it first myself but could not find any ladder that will reach the necessary height. So I contacted Swan Electricals for this job. Mr, Swan quoted $100 for two hours of work + $40 for high ceiling work + $40 for trip charge. I scheduled the job about 2 weeks in advance. The installer Jason, arrived promptly on schedule. Jason was very courteous and a pleasure to work with. He brought an amazing ladder that looked like a tripod. I was very impressed by the Jason's efficiency. He worked at a very good pace but paid a lot of attention to detail. He installed the fan and light kit in less than 1.5 hours. The fan functions beautifully with no wobble. I have installed ceiling fans in other rooms myself, but it took me at least 3 hours for each, so I was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly Jason completed the job. With the remaining 1/2 hour left, Jason even offered to install a switch to control the fan speed. I was planning to install this myself at a later date, so very thankful that Jason did this extra work voluntarily. Overall I am very pleased with the experience. Thank you Jason and Mr. Swan.

I called Jason just a few days before Christmas to resolve a list of electrical issues that I had been experiencing for a few years. The post lamp in the front yard would not stay on, the GFCI outlets in the garage were constantly "tripping" and finally a ballast in the kitchen lighting fixture was removed by another company. I called him to see what he could do about all of these issues, keeping in mind it was only 2 days before Christmas. Jason came over THAT day and within about an hour had all of my issues completely resolved. He even re-installed a missing ballast in the kitchen lighting fixture that another electric service company said couldn't be found/located or installed! Jason performed several small miracles that (freezing) day and he was extremely polite, courteous and professional. We have found our new PERMANENT electrical repair guy! Jason is the best!

Jason was very responsive, knowledgeable and easy going. He fit us into his schedule and took care of our problem with ease. We would recommend.

Mr. Swan was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. We had 3 different jobs we needed him to do. We anticipated the work to be performed a certain way, but he suggested alternatives that were better and quicker, thus saving us money. He brought several switches for us to choose from on the job site. He was very careful to be as neat as possible and when he left everything was completely cleaned up. We are very happy with the professional service we received and would use Swan Electrical Systems again and recommend them to our friends and family.

Hung 4 new fixtures, put new linings in 7 recessed fixtures.

Swan's electrician (Jason) came on time and assessed the job. It was more difficult because the sunroom was built on a slab and had no subfloor. He had to remove some redwood panels near the floor to expose the wiring and determine how he was going to get entry through the wood wall and a 4 X 4 and through the brick foundation. My electric control box was in the basement and there was no easy way to get the wires to it. Jason did a great job removing the redwood panel, and installing the wiring for 2 94" heaters, 2 thermostats, and drilling through the walls and brick at the exact spot he needed to access the electrical panel. He then put the heaters on two new breakers that he installed and were good to go. Everything worked perfectly and the job was done in about 7 1/2 hours. I had a Big Deal on the 2 hours from Angies List which I bought for $99. Their rate is $80/hour so that was a big savings. He was very professional, did great work, and cleaned up.....we are very pleased.

Small, locally-owned business. Absolutely the best service. Came in and looked at several issues. He addressed what he could and we will deal with the rest after the holidays. Very friendly and efficient. Money well-spent.
