On time and very professionally

Summers did what they said they would do at the price they quoted, on time. We would use them again and again.

Our heat pump had been making more noise than usual. I thought it may be due to the extreme cold temperatures we've been having, but did not want to take a chance with our heat. I called Summers to explain the issue and was scheduled for a no charge (warranty) service call the next morning, we were given a two hour arrival window. The next morning our technician, Jess, arrived right on time, at the beginning of our time window instead of at the very end. Jess was very polite and friendly. He got right to work inspecting the unit. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with the heat pump, but Jess explained that it was okay that we had called and said that we should call if we ever have any questions or issues. He said that they want happy customers and they will do whatever it takes to be sure that we are satisfied. He was careful to keep his work area clean and left us feeling very confident that Summers was the best choice for heating and cooling.

They were good, they knew what they were doing, they were on time and they did the work relatively quick, they had a very reasonable price and I would use them again.

They are neat and clean, and they do a good job. I actually switched to them from my previous service company. They have fixed the problems without any nonsense, and they respond very quickly. They do not leave you hanging, and they don't waste your time. I will continue to use them, and in fact just signed up for their service contract.

Our air conditioner had quit working and we had received an estimate from another company but decided to get a second opinion from Summers. The receptionist was very friendly on the phone during the scheduling process and we were not charged for the estimate. Leroy, the technician that gave us our estimate, arrived on time for the appointment in a clearly marked vehicle and uniform. He was very personable and explained things very clearly. He was patient with us and did not try to "hard close" us. He explained the features of multiple units and financing options. He gave us a few days to make a decision then called us to check in. At this time we agreed to schedule the install. Due to our availability we scheduled approximately one week out but Summers could have done the work much sooner (same day) if we had been available. On the day of the install, two technicians came to our home. They were also on time, wearing uniforms and were professional and friendly. They introduced themselves with a handshake and business cards. They arrived prepared to work and had all tools needed to complete the job. They worked quickly and showed us how to operate the new equipment.

I was quite happy with them. I think they did a good thorough job. He recommended and helped me find a replacement filter that I went out and got myself.

Went well other than found a part that needed replaced (which was done at that time).

They did not do any work for me because by the time they called me back I had decided to go with a more responsive contractor.

Summers' service is excellent. The gentleman who is did the work was very professional and courteous. He got the job done very quickly. It was also easy to schedule an appointment.

The guy was nice and the work he did was fine. They had an almost $100 trip charge, which I thought was on the high side (especially since I am about 1 mile away) which made the repair expensive. I would consider using them again, but would probably try someone else first. I did get a $50 off coupon.

The plumber did an excellent professional job. Very pleased with his work. He came and assessed the problem and quickly began fixing the pipe in the wall. Quality of the work was superior.

They did everything they said they would. They're rate was $69.95 and scheduled a time. They had to re-schedule the appt. and because of that they reduce the rate $10. They made sure to call back to make sure we got the voice mail.

The response time was very quick. He explained the problem and what was needed to correct it. He was very informative and worked quickly. The pump was replaced in less than an hour, and the basement water level started to decrease immediately. By morning, the basement was dry of most of the water with a few standing puddles. They then came back the next day to seal the piping and check for any issues. They were very fair on price, and I would not hesitate to use them again for plumbing services. They're excellent all around.

He helped us try to figure out how to clean up the basement. He gave us some helpful hints of things we can do ourselves, I thought that was very nice of him.

Experience was great! Service technician was at our home within 20 minutes of the phone call. According to the technician, Tony, he was booked up, but they squeezed us in between jobs due to the fact that we had standing water in the basement. He had a replacement pump on his truck, and it was actually bigger and stronger than the one that burned out. The water started to go down immediately. Tony was a great guy. Explained everything before he started, and gave me some tips on how to get the basement completely dry and dehumidifed after he was done. The price was very reasonable given the emergency situation. I will definitely call these guys again for any plumbing problems I have.

PRICES VERY REASONABLE. THEY USED A DROP CLOTH AND ALSO CLEANED UP THE AREA VERY WELL BEFORE THEY LEFT.

THE PLUMBER I'VE BEEN USING REGULARLY WAS UNABLE TO COME UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY SO I CALLED SUMMER'S. SOMEONE HAPPENED TO BE IN THE OFFICE AT THE TIME AND WAS AT MY HOUSE IN 15 MINUTES. HE WAS DONE AND ON THE ROAD AGAIN 15 MINUTES LATER, SAVING ME A VERY INCONVENIENT NIGHT. (MENTION THE AD IN THE PHONEBOOK AND THEY WILL TAKE $10 OFF THE SERVICE CALL.)
