They did a good job and were on time and polite, but I thought the price was too high.

I called and scheduled an a/c tune-up special. The technician arrived promptly and was very courteous. Since I am a new homeowner and unfamiliar with the history of my house, he suggested I buy the 1 year service plan for $145, which includes my a/c tune-up, a furnance tune-up (to be performed at a later date) and a plumbing evaluation (to be performed later). I was glad I bought the package because less than a month later I had a major plumbing issue, so I was able to quickly schedule my "evaluation" and got the diagnosis on my plumbing issue for free (saving me a service call). Plus, the contract has some other perks like discounted services and diagnostics. So I'm happy with the service provided and will use them again.

Went with another small company in Fishers. They did a great job at about 40% less money.

Summers Plumming was fast and curtious. I would recommend them to anyone. They were reasonable in their pricing and were exceptionally speedy and kind.

First, they forgot to put my appointment in the books and when they were 30 minutes late I called the office and found out that I wasn't on the schedule. I had taken a 1/2 day vacation to get this problem taken care of and they said I would have to reschedule. I fussed about this and they finally agreed to have someone come out and look at it. When he arrived he was in an obvious foul mood for having to come out. Knocked over some items in the shower and left them where they landed. I asked him to also look to see if a water softener could be installed -- he was extremely rude about the plumbing set up (like I did it myself) and jerked my weed sprayer out of the way, breaking the handle and pretending not to notice although the handle was lying at his feet. I was extremely disappointed in this company. By the way - the original problem was never resolved.

Our major complaint is that they do not detail what you paid for, and the total seemed high.

Their price was high. In fact, every plumber's price is too high. Everything was fine except the price. The work was good.

They charged $89.00 for the evaluation and $192.00 to reset the toilet. The gentleman that came to our house was punctual (they called before they came out). He was very profession and answered all of my questions (including some that probably sounded silly). He cleaned-up after himself and did a great job. I will definitely consider Summers in the future.

Great job. Both initial estimate work and actual work were done well and provided helpful information and options for replacement purchases, however these individuals were never pushy, only helpful.

We got two bids for this job. We did not go with Summer's because the other bid came in quite a bit less (about $1500) for a higher quality, more efficient system. While I think Summer's would do a good job, I felt the company we went with was a better value. I am not familiar with the brand of HVAC that Summer's sells, and while that does not mean it is not good quality, I felt more comfortable with the other bid.

The tech showed up on time and performed the service, later notifying me that the coil did not have a charge. So I paid additional to find out where the leak was located and it took about 1 minute and the tech quoted me on a replacement coil and a new system. I thought their prices were extremely high, but their service was friendly and timely.

We were given an estimate of $689.00 to install our sink and faucet which included removing our old sink. The only item Summers needed to supply was a strainer basket which we did not have. Our old sink had the hole for the water purifier spout on the left and our new sink had it on the right so it would have to be put to the right of the faucet. We had 3 estimates after Summers estimate and all of them from licensed plumbers, insured, and we verified all licenses with the state board before allowing them to estimate the job and all of them were at least 50% less then the estimate of $689.00 from Summers. We have just had the job completed with no complications or additional work needed and they supplied the strainer basket for half of what Summers estimated. We were surprised at such a high estimate for a 2 - 2 1/2 hour job. However, what interaction we did have with this company was professional and friendly.

Very good experience. Their employee went right to work, was efficient and talked me through the process so I could understand what he was doing. Most impressive was his willingness to try to solve the problem simply first before getting into more high-priced issues, like cutting into walls.
