Arrived on time, completed project in 2 days as expected.

Mr. Stevens came to see what repairs were needed, gave me an estimate, and was able to do the work the following day. I had talked to four other drywall repair people prior to calling Mr. Stevens and knew his estimate was reasonable and his explanation of what needed to be done was more thorough than the others. He and his employee were courteous, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the work area. I would definitely use them again.

Price was reasonable and their finished product was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

Kitchen & family room ceiling was re-textured. There were some water spots that they just textured over instead of relacing the bad drywall. Therefore, the spots showed through on the texturing, which meant that it had to be painted (we were not told that we would have to paint after the texturing.). Was overcharged for additional work requested on site - the cost of re-texturing the ceiling above a tub was half the cost of texturing a 500 sq. ft. ceiling. On a positive note, we did negotiate a more reasonable prioce for the bathroon after several phone calls.

After an upstairs bathroom drain leak made a waterfall in my kitchen, I called Stevens Drywall for an estimate (left a message and then called again the next day). He fit me in that week and provided what we considered a very fair estimate. The repair was made the following week and I couldn't be happier with the results. We had a similar leak in the same area a few years ago and the repairer (Handyman Connection) did a poor job of matching the ceiling texture. Stevens did a great job and I would definately use them again.

We initially had trouble hooking up, but Bill worked with our schedule and showed up on a weekend for an estimate. He then began work on Monday morning, hung the drywall, and put on the first skim coat. On Wednesday afternoon, he sanded and completed the job.

We decided to hold off on the work for now. We were very impressed with him. We would have him back if we needed something drywalled in the future.

They were supposed to show up on a Monday but instead arrived early on a Friday, caused some minor issues but the owner more than made up for it by his sincere apology (he had the flu, so his workers showed up) and offering to do a few other minor items. Great quality work.

It was a pretty good experience. We have even recommended them to others. They were timely, efficient, and thorough. They did good work and their price was very good.

Bill was very prompt in setting up a time to come out and give an estimate. He came out within a couple of days, gave the estimate and was able to start work on the basement that same week. His workers were very professional. They were able to apply the first coat of mud and let it dry. Came back the next business day and sanded and applied additional mud. The following day they were able to finish the walls and ceilings. Total number of days spent in the basement was 4. Bill came back after the work was done and found some slight imperfections which were fixed the following week. The only thing that could have been done better would have been prevention of getting mud on the floor or better clean up after they were done. Overall, however, I am very pleased with the end product.

I liked that they showed up on time. They stuck to the price they estimated for the job. They did a really good job. They answered any of our questions. They cleaned up well after themselves.

I would not call upon this company again.

Have used Bill in the past; his work and crew are always great but his wife has had to take another job, so his scheduling is not as smooth as it has been in the past. His pricing is fair and he does come when he says he will so I would definitely use him again.

Very good. Bill and his crew worked around my schedule. After the work was done and the walls were primed, they came back to do touch ups. Definitely recommend!

They came in gave me an estimate and start date for the work. There was a misunderstanding on the start date but the owner went out of his way to accommodate the date that I had down. He pulled in extra resources to get the job done on the same day the job started. This really was great since the job was so large it displaced my family. The owner came back the following day to inspect the crews work and to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

They did an excellent job for me. I was very, very happy with their service. Top notch. They did priming for me and saved me that trouble. It was awesome.

He had a subcontractor come to do the work. He said he would be here at a certain time and he did not come. We called and he said he was sending someone to do the work. The subcontractor finally did show up and it took less than a day to do the work. It looks good and we are satisfied with it. He called a few days later and asked for the check that day and never showed up to get it. We were about to send it and he showed up unexpected a few days later.

He did the job the day after I called. He was very prompt, responsive and got it done by the time I needed it. I would highly recommend him and use him again.

It went well once they found the house.

It was great working with them. I have used their services in the past. They were able to get out to us and look at the project right away and give me and estimate. The estimate was right in my budget.

They did a superb job, they cleaned up everyday before they left and made sure none of the mess left where they were working, and were very quiet we could hardly tell they were there.

This was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. I called. They came. The work was done and the owner inspected it. I paid for it. All within 4 days!! The workers were neat, respectful of carpet and property and even cleaned up after themselves. This is one of the best examples of customer service that I've ever had. Thanks Bill.

Bill came over the day I called and looked everything over, gave me an estimate and arranged for his workers to show up that day to do the work! Took them about 3 1/2 hours. They cleaned everything up and even fixed our window that had never been right. We were very happy with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone.
