She is very thorough. She does a great job. She is terrific and it is fun. She is outstanding. I would use her service in the future too.

They were very thourough, and detailed. They are professional and prompt. She did a very good job. We had her come back to clean the windows inside and out. She is very efficient and top notch.

Each month, Laura calls or texts when she'd like to come out each month and is flexible if I need to change a date or time. In the past, I've had cleaners who after some time start to slack on the quality of their work. This has never happened with Laura. She is so attentive to every area as if she was cleaning her own home. Her standards are very high. She provides all her own cleaning products and equipment aside from a special hardware floor cleaner she requested I purchase. I am picky and business minded and I read reviews on everything before I purchase a product or use a service. Laura has given us a great rate for the quality of her work and support all the great reviews she's received in the past. Not good. They are not accepting new clients and would not come out and give an estimate.

Laura comes every 2 weeks and performs a thorough cleaning of our condo, including kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, etc. Everytime I return home from work on those days I can look forward to a very clean house. She pays attention to details, even focusing on dusting the light switches. My first cleaning with her was the deep clean, which included washing all the cabinets and baseboards. Since that time she has done a great job during every visit! Laura is also very reliable and I feel comfortable having her in my home even when I am at work. I have recommended her to several friends an will continue to do so in the future.

Laura cleans very thoroughly. We especially like the method she uses to clean our hardwood floors (a special system she uses is available at any hardware store that she asked us to purchase) and her attention to detail in cleaning our bathrooms. Thus far, we have no complaints. She seems punctual and fair; she met with us to discuss our needs and her estimate over the phone was exactly what she asked for after the meeting ($75 per cleaning; our condominium is about 1050 square feet). She is easy to contact and flexible in her schedule. She seems very trustworthy and is polite. I would recommend her services to anybody.

Everything goes great. Laura does a really good job. She is very responsible, reliable, and effective. We've been very happy with the work she has done and would recommend her highly to anyone.

I emailed Laura in December of 2009 after finding out that some friends would be coming from France to spend two weeks with us in March 2010. Since we spend the month of February down South, and our friends would be arriving less than a week after our return to Indianapolis, I knew I wouldn't have the time to do the necessary cleaning myself. I gave Laura some possible dates in order of preference, and she said she would fit us in on one of those days. We exchanged emails in February before our return home to get the exact date and time of the cleaning. I was very pleased to discover that it was my first choice date. On the day of the cleaning Laura phoned me to let me know that they would be delayed by about a half an hour. They got right to work when they arrived and did an excellent job.

She is very nice and personable. She has an assistant that comes and he is good as well. I can count on her and if I ask her to do something she always comes through.

This situation is just bizarre. After reading the latest Angie's List magazine on housecleaning, I saw this company had an "A" rating overall, and I believe it was an award winner last year. Since I try to seek out highly rated companies on Angie's List, I thought I would give it a try. I telephoned the owner one week ago, and she said she would call me back within the hour. I also sent her an email that day with all of my contact information. I didn't receive a response. I also left the owner a voicemail the next day, and also sent her another email. All messages explained in detail the work requested (housecleaning) and my contact information. I never heard back from this company. I am disheartened that a company held out as competent on Angie's List doesn't return any of four messages. On the bright side, I found another cleaning company through Angie's List this week, they have already been out to our house, and they sound terrific!

Great job. Laura is consistently very thorough in her clearning. I enjoy coming home to a clean house each and everytime she cleans.

Our friends let us know at the last moment that they were definitely coming to visit us, so I searched Angie's List for highly recommended housecleaners. I knew that I was asking for a lot on short notice but took a chance in contacting Laura - especially since it was indicated that she could be contacted by email. She got back to me very quickly, and due to the short notice, she did an estimate over the phone as opposed to physically coming over to the house - with the understanding that the estimate could be changed slightly upward if the job warranted it upon her seeing it in person. She gave me a time to expect them the following week. On the appointed day she called to say they could arrive a littler earlier than we had discussed if that would be ok. It was - and a good thing, too! They were here for 5 1/2 hours! I couldn't believe how thorough they were. They were AMAZING, and I will definitely be calling on them again.

We are very impressed with their work so far. They pay close attention to detail. With previous companies we have used, I would come in after the cleaning and still have to clean further. I no longer have to worry about that. They clean top to bottom. They are flexible when cleaning around me and my family when we are present at the time of cleaning. The price is a little more than we were used to paying, but definitely worth the extra.

I contacted Laura based on her excellent ratings on Angie's List. She replied to my email and scheduled a visit to view our home and provide an estimate. Prior to the visit, we had outlined our dissatisfaction with our previous cleaner and shared those concerns with Laura. We walked the home together and discussed problem areas and challenges. Laura's experience quickly became apparent to us as she could identify those areas and challenges even without prompting from us. A price was settled on to do a 'deep clean' of the 3 stories. Their work was thorough and professional. We are extremely pleased with their services and look forward to having them clean for us on a regular basis.

When my long-time cleaning person left the business, I ended up going through a number of cleaning people and services to try to find the same quality, with no luck. It seemed like everyone was in a rush to get through the house quickly so they could fit another job in, and I was invariably disappointed. I work full-time and am very busy, so it is important to me that my cleaning service actually clean and not just give things a quick once-over. Finally, I found Chuck and Laura on Angie's List. They had excellent ratings and reports, so I thought I would try them. They have proven to be deserving of those great reports. It is such a relief to know that when I come home, the house will actually be clean. They are somewhat more expensive than others I have used, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and we are definitely getting excellent quality cleaning. They are thorough and conscientious, and I never have to worry about coming home to find things unfinished. For the first time in a while, my wood floors look good, because they recommended a great way to clean them. I should also mention that they are personable, flexible, and easy to have around the house. I highly recommend them!

Overall our experience has been extremely good. They do a nice job cleaning. They are responsive to feedback and communicate well if there are changes in schedule or in the event that you need some special cleaning services. We have had four different cleaning services and Laura and Chuck do the best job we have experienced.

I got a phone resonse from my email reqest w/in 24 hours. A time was set up for an estimate within a week. One reason I didn't hire - they do one time cleans on Saturdays. I prefer a weekday. The second reason was the heavy cigarette smoke odor on their clothes.

Laura and Chuck have been cleaning our large house every other week for several months and we couldn't be happier. They have a keen eye for detail and were able to spot many areas that my former cleaning service missed. The initial deep clean was more expensive, but well worth it considering they were here for 5 hours. Currently, they average about 3 hours and clean the entire house, providing their own supplies. They welcome any constructive criticism without negativity. They do a great job of cleaning around my dog, who is blind, and occasionally my 2 young children, when we are home. They are always polite and personable and are very friendly to my children. They have also been great about changing their schedule to be able to clean around my children's' nap times. If they or I have ever needed to cancel due to illness, they always try to make it up within the week. They even drove here in the whiteout conditions this past Winter! I never feel like I have to check the house to make sure they did a good job after they are gone, as I have had to in the past with other companies. They consistently provide a great clean every time and the house always SPARKLES!!.

I chose Sparkle by Laura based on the reviews on Angie's list. I called on a Saturday expecting to have to leave a message but Laura answered and took time to check her schedule for a consultation. We met her early one weekeday morning before heading off to work and appreciated her promptness in arriving at exactly 8am. It took about five minutes for her to come up with an estimate and we agreed on a date for the initial clean. They came on a Saturday and stayed approximtely four hours. When we returned, we were extremely pleased. We were very impressed with our Master Bath - shower is all glass and hard to clean - and the Hardwood floors. The kitchen looked fantastic - they even got the microwave which many cleaners have overlooked in the past. The House smelled great, the floors shined, and we didn't want to cook anything that night because our glass top stove sparkled :-) This was the first clean and we hope that the additional visits will yield the same results. The rate quoted for them to come back every 3-4 weeks is $95 and we feel that price is reasonable for our sqft. I'll give a review again after the next clean.

Laura and Chuck have far exceeded our expectations and have cleaned our large condo with the utmost of professional care. Although we are clean and tidy overall, their cleaning service is extremely noticeable. We could not be more pleased with the service and the level of care they exhibit. We would highly recommend them as a cleaning service for people who are convened about the care of their home and want the ultimate cleaning experience. Their price is very reasonable AND you get your money's worth! We are truly thrilled with the service!

Sparkle by Laura contacted me a couple days before the scheduled deep clean was supposed to begin to verify that I knew the bathrooms weren't included. I did not so I canceled the deep cleaning.

Laura is fantastic. I use her monthly. I first booked her for a one-time cleaning and she was here for nearly three hours with her assistant (a nice man, I forget his name) cleaning my home from top to bottom. I was thrilled and have continued to use her. My hardwood floors are dust magnets and the kitchen/nook gets quite dirty with my young daughter, but after Laura is here everything is terrific. I've used some other cleaners in the past, but didn't feel the work was perfect. My spouse has an even more critical eye than me and has noticed that Laura is by far the best we've had. Laura is accessible by e-mail, which I appreciate.

We were very, very pleased with the quality of their work. We have already hired them to deep-clean our own home next because we were so impressed by their thoroughness and professionalism with this job. We also appreciated Laura and Chuck's good-nature and trustworthiness. They are also willing to work with cleansers that we prefer-- more bio-friendly, natural solutions.

Laura was professional and a nice person. She gave input and took notes during the walk through of our home. She listened to my needs and concerns, provided suggestions, and gave references. She gave me the available days and a price before leaving my home. I was given a separate price for changing beds of $10 per bed which I feel is high. I was given a price before she left which I appreciated. I have not hired Laura because I have delayed hiring a service but will keep her in mind. I expressed to her that I felt her pricing overall was high compared to what others who have hired her, as reported on Angie's List, have reported and wanted to work something out when the time comes.

Laura does a fantastic job, is reliable and consistently good at what she does. I trust her, and have had her cleaning for me before she got onto Angie's List. She is easy going, and easy to have in the house when I am working at my home office. She is great with my teenage kids, and I come home to an immaculately clean house. I am so pleased with Laura, and her ability to know how to clean well.
