The house is spotless! Worker showed up promptly. I did nothing -- supplies and equipment come with the service.

Laura was a gem to come to my home at last minute notice. I found her on Angie's List. She lived near my home in Zionsville. And when I explained I needed a one time cleaning to get my house ready for a wedding shower, and I needed it in the next few days, she squeezed me into her busy schedule. She thoroughly cleaned every square inch of the areas I hired her to clean. I am so pleased with the way she worked that I am getting ready to call her to get on her schedule to do another one time cleaning to get my house ready for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Laura made my house sparkle once, and I'm getting ready to call her to make it sparkle again.

She arrived on time, was very personable and very receptive to our detailed needs. We had originally scheduled an estimate with another vendor, who later cancelled after reconsidering the size of the building. Laura was up front and honest about her pricing, her approach and the services she provides. Being in a service industry ourselves, we truly appreciated her candor. We aren't moving forward with working with her now, only because we have too many other things in the air right now; but, when we are ready to hire someone - it will definitely be Laura!

Laura proveded an estimate on short notice. Scheduled the cleaning a few days later. The place looked great. Would definitely use her again.

Laura and her daughter-in-law Ashley do a very nice job of cleaning our house. They consistently show up on time and are very pleasant to be around.They have great communication skills. I would not hesitate to recomend them.

In August of 2012, I began getting estimates, and had contacted some big companies........thinking they would provide the best services, BUT I was definitely wrong in that way of thinking. The one I finally settled on, did a good job at the beginning, but after that, the service was not so great, so I had to cancel their service. I then hired another service( mother & daughter).... they did a good job,.....but due to an auto accident, they could not continue. This is when I first contacted Laura. I told her my problem and she agreed to provide her services. NOW. just let me say this. Laura and her daughter-in-law do a fantastic job. Her first cleaning was in December 2012, and then again this month. Laura & Ashley do great work, highly efficient, and are very professional. Laura even suggested a product for my wood floors, which "sparkle" after they are cleaned. Now I understand her company's name. So, FORGET the big companies, and just contact Laura.....you won't be disappointed.

Found out on Tuesday that I was going to have week-end guests. Checked Angies List and called Laura and got her voice mail. She called me back later on in the day and told me she could clean for me the next day, which I really appreciated. She and Ashley did an excellent job. They worked for four hours and never slowed down. She is professional yet friendly. I will have her again, in fact I will start having her bi-weekly.

Laura and her daughter-in-law did a 1 time deep-cleaning for us earlier in the week. We get busy with work and kids, and we're guilty of neglecting regular scours of our bathrooms, baseboards, and air vent returns. The pair was here for about 3 hours and did a very meticulous job with their cleaning. I would have thought the price was a little too steep, if they didn't do such a great job. I didn't find one spot that they overlooked, which is impressive. Overall, I am very satisfied and have already recommended them to my mom who is looking for a bi-monthly housekeeper.

She is very good and her service is very thorough.

She is always timely and trustworthy. She will give you a clean home and I like the price. I leave jewelry, money, etc around because Laura is a person of integrity. That's worth something!

Sparkle by Laura has been cleaning our home for approximately 4 years and I would recommend them to anyone. They come every two weeks and have never missed a cleaning!Laura is extremely professional and pleasant to have in our home, as are her employees. They have a very systematic way of doing things, and are experts in their field, but are always willing to do things as you wish. With them, the customer is always right.Their prices are reasonable and our home looks beautiful after they leave. If you use them you will be very satisfied.

I don’t remember how much I spent on her services. Everything was fine. I will use her again in the future if I need to. In fact I’m getting ready to contact her again.

I emailed Laura to ask if she did one time deep cleanings and she promptly responded to me. She came over to give me a free estimate and a price. She and a helper came a few days later and thoroughly cleaned my house top to bottom for 4 hours. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely have her back again.

The first time I did respond to Laura that I would rate the job she and her helper did, as fair. The second time I was more pleased with the job provided. The last time, December 2011, I was totally unsatisfied.Rather than using a wipe or cloth to dush furniture and table-top items, they use a type of duster and simply go around items; they don't move items or dust the actual item. This was true in every room.There are several hardwood floors in our home. I demonstrated the use with which a chair in my office and a leather couch in our family room can be moved, as these items are are slides. The chair was dusted under just the front and the couch under the two ends - not under the middle of the couch. This company evidently does the minimum; I can say this, as over the years I've used several services. The only reason I am not using my former service is due to the owner going back to college and the other lady developed cancer. We have a five-bedroom home, yet Sparkle by Laura "completes the job" in just a couple of hours. They are overpriced for a mediocre performance. I would not write this report, had I not contacted Laura after my initial experience.

She is reliable and she does a pretty good job.

I wasn't happy with them at all. I got a big deal to use them. They showed up on time. I dealt with them. They came back out and tried to resolve the issue. They did an okay job to resolve it. I wasn't really happy overall. It wasn't what I expected.

I contacted Laura to see if she was accepting new clients and asked if she would give me an estimate. She confirmed she was accepting clients, but said she would call me back the following day to schedule an estimate. Three days past and I had not heard from Laura, so I contacted her. She said she has misplaced my phone number, but would come give me an estimate on Sunday afternoon. She told me she would call me when she was on her way to my home. I never heard from her again. I waited around on Sunday for to see if she would come, and she never did. I feel her actions were extremely unprofessional, I would never recommend her.

I have been using Sparkle by Laura for four months with cleaning every two weeks. Service is very good and on time. It is much better to have the same person or people come and clean rather than having a different person each time. This way they get in a groove and know what needs to be done. If you have multiple people, something is always forgotten or not done the way you would like it. I was with a company that sent someone different each time and it was nothing but a hassle. This way is much easier and I believe I get a better job done.

Laura is timely and very concerned about doing good work. She is the 4th Service I've tried and she is by far better and more consistent.

Received Laura's name through Angie's List. Gave her a call one evening; she called me back the next morning acknowledging that she had gotten my call and would call me that evening at home. I thought that was a great display of integrity that she did not take time away from cleaning her client's home to talk with potential clients. Those calls were made on her own time - not her client's. Very impressive. When she called me back, we set an appointment for an estimate approximately one week later; she came to my home to meet with me (and my neighbor who also hired her) to evaulate what needed to be done and provided me with an estimate on the spot. We agreed and she started one week later and is scheduled for every other week here on out. During the visit, Laura was very professional and detailed in not only determining what needed to be done, but also in what services she provided and the time frame that they would be done in. I have had several cleaning services and they just didn't get the job done. It is apparent that Laura is a stickler for quality and going above and beyond. Laura has done an outstanding job every time she has been here. She is very thorough and takes pride in her work. She doesn't just hit the surface, she deep cleans. It is a joy to come home after work on cleaning day and open the door to a pleasant, clean smell from the products she uses and see everything sparkling and vacuum marks on the carpet. Our house has never looked better! We feel blessed to have found Laura and more blessed that she had room for one more client! Thank you, Laura, for giving me my weekends back to do the things I enjoy!!!! If you want a consistent, professional, quality housekeeper, then look no farther than Sparkle by Laura! She's the BEST!

Laura was referred by a neighbor 3 years ago. She has consistently been on time and professional. She performs thorough cleanings of our house. She is trustworthy and pleasant to work with. She responds well to feedback and ensures that we are happy with her services. In the event that she brings help, she is diligent in oversight of their work as well.

She came on very short notice to give us the quote, but it was more expensive than we expected.
