Description of Work: I was getting the blue screen of death (BSOD) due to the PC being improperly shut down during a power outage. I am pretty good with computer repair but didn't have the time or resources to bring this PC back to life. He fixed it and gave me recommendations for future upgrades to enhance the performance of the computer.

Description of Work: Recently, and very unexpectantly, my company's IT sub-contractor closed shop and Joe Souders, of Souders PC Repair, stepped up to the plate and took over the duties on very short notice. We're happy to report that due to his experience and professionalism the transition has been amazingly simple and smooth. Their first order of business was to link an additional computer into our company's network and the process was truly seemless, especially considering Joe had limited knowledge of our industry-related programs, which needed to be loaded onto the new laptop, or the way our existing network was originally setup.

 + -1 moreHe is very reasonable on his prices. He is honest, fair, and even comes to the home for no charge as long as it is local travel. He was very prompt and could not have expect any better service.
Description of Work: He selected equipment for us, hooked it up, took care of any additional programming, and he even taught us how to utilize services such as YAHOO.

 + -1 moreHe does all of this for a reasonable price. He does excellent work. If he can't do it from my home, he will take it to his home and bring it back the next day. He also helped my wife with a computer lesson when she was looking for a job. When I get new hardware, he lets me know when I need to upgrade. He also has given me advice on printers on other pieces of hardware.
Description of Work: Over the last year or so, Michael has helped me with various crashes, software installation, computer safeties, adaware, terminator, and other anti-virus soft ware, etc.
