Description of Work: Basement refinish was quoted $16K. $35k later job was not finished had to let go due to funding running out. Make sure to get contract to complete within quoted price as no variations to plans were made to call for increase.

+ -1 moreBill charges by the hour which I find works well when I need odd jobs done. He is honest, does quality work and works efficiently but thoroughly. This is the second time he has done work for us and I will definitely call him again for odd jobs. He has the skills to do more complex work like remodeling, wiring, but we have not had the need for those services.
Description of Work: Repaired drain under kitchen sink, removed old caulk and recaulked corners in master bath shower, adjusted outdoor flood lights.
