Scott came out and went over what I was asking to be done. I had him install a complete surveillance system for my whole property and after agreeing on everything he had my complete job, cameras and dvr system withing 4 hours and ran all my wires inside the walls and looked like they had never been touched. He explained how to use the system and even installed the app on my phone and set that up for my husband and myself. After he was gone I forgot how he explained something and was even nice enough to take the time to go over it again over the phone until I understood it again. On time, fast, friendly and very kind. Scott came out right away and we did a walk through while I explained what we were looking for and he was able to provide options that greatly improved our camera and alarm systems while staying within our allotted budget. Once quotes were approved, Scott and his team had it installed and online within days, not weeks! He even made the time to come back and train us on the remote system and work with our IT department to make sure we wouldn’t have issues with our system being online now or in the future. I also have the peace of mind of knowing that if anything happens, Scott and his team are only a call/text away and response time is incredibly fast. Highly recommend!!
