They were great. They were timely, respectful, worked dilligently, and were really easy to work with. We could tell them ideas and he would feed off of our responses and really work with us. It is a family owned and operated business and they put their heart and soul into their work.

Scott did not show up on the specified start date, due to previous job completion. He did arrive the next day, as promised. He and his crew took the agreed-upon two days to complete the job. The price quoted was very good, and did not change from the estimate, even though Scott had to bring in a heavier piece of equipment to break up the existing front stoop. The work went well and looks good. A shrub was damaged in the demolition and Scott did his best to replace it at no cost to me. This is a small-scale operation - the estimate and invoice were on loose-leaf binder paper - but the work was high quality, on time and reasonably priced. Clean up was very good.

He put concrete over the concrete that was already there. The step is cracking on one edge and a corner is wearing away. The slant he put on the back step is toward the house which leaves a puddle at the foundation of my house every time it rains. The work is not finished well and is not appealing to the eye. The edges are very jagged which he tried to cover up with clumps of grass. He got little spatters of cement on my new siding I had clean off as well as stones on my driveway I had to pick up. He left several things at my house including wooden stakes, nails and other items. I'm disappointed with the work he did. I need to have the work redone by someone else.

I found Scott through the Service Master website, called, and set up an appointment for the next day. After my wife and I had picked out the colors and pattern that we wanted, the job was started and finished within a week. Great work, and now we are really enjoying our patio.

SCOTT TORE OUT AND RE-POURED 2 SECTIONS OF OUR DRIVEWAY THAT WERE CRACKED. THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK LESS THAN A DAY TO COMPLETE AT MINIMAL INCONVENIENCE TO US. SCOTT IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DOES A GREAT JOB. IN ADDITION, HE TORE OUT AND REPLACED MY NEIGHBORS DRIVEWAY.

SCOTT WAS QUICK TO COME OUT AND PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE, AND WAS THE LEAST EXPENSIVE QUOTE, AS WELL. THE WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AND THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS NICELY. WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN.

THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. I HAD THREE QUOTES FROM COMPANIES ON ANGIE'S LIST. HIS WAS THE LOWEST OF THE QUOTES AND THE WORK WAS TOP NOTCH. THEY TOOK THE GARAGE DOORS DOWN AND PUT UP PLASTIC TO HIDE WHAT WAS IN THE GARAGE. THE OWNER WAS THERE FROM START TO FINISH AND WORKED ON THE DRIVEWAY HIMSELF.

SCOTT ALWAYS DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO WHEN HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO IT.

SCOTT DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON MY DRIVEWAY AND SIDEWALK. ONCE I DECIDED TO USE HIS SERVICE, HE WAS AT MY HOUSE THE VERY NEXT DAY. THE ENTIRE PROJECT ONLY TOOK 3 DAYS FROM START TO FINISH. I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH SCOTT''S PROFESSIONALISM AND QUALITY OF WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED HIM TO SEVERAL OF MY FRIENDS.
