Description of Work: Replacement of rollers and inspection all went well. There were other issues with my door that I sort of knew where there. They gave me a quote to do everything that needed to be done and they completed it right that day.

Description of Work: The initial phone quote was for low end quality parts. After arriving, they suggested the higher quality parts, which cost ALOT more. And they needed to replace a few other wear items, which cost ALOT more. I wasn't happy with the "up sell" approach.

I backed into my garage door and rather than just saying, "sorry, you will need a new door," the service provider worked very hard and was able to save my door (and me about $900). He then did a quick check on the door system, lubricated all and was on his way in under 2 hrs. Not only can I recommend their service, I will also call them when it is time to replace the door.

Description of Work: Service Call - NO SHOW I arranged a window from 2-4 PM for a service call and quote for new garage doors. The technicians didn't arrive. I called the firm at 4:15 to ask and reschedule, having taken time off work to be here. I was immediately told that I would be charged a $29 cancellation fee!! This was one of the least professional and more offensive things I've ever encounter in a potential business transaction. I was also told "we have recorded your acknowledgment of the $29 cancellation fee"...having not been told it would be recorded. I asked for a manager, and conveniently their managers leave before 4:15 apparently. I would suggest RUNNING from this firm. It looks like I'm not the first either, as some other reviews have similar experiences.

The technician seemed to have a good knowledge of the mechanics of the garage door and we were happy with the service provided and the quality of the work.

Description of Work: The technician came to our home to install a new keyless entry pad for the garage, however he couldn't get one to work with our garage opener.
