Description of Work: They did service on my garage door and recommended and replaced my spring. had to come back when the garage door opener started to act up and needed adjusted and charged me for the service call even though I believe the adjustments needed done because of the service. Garage door is is still noisy so hard to say what they really did, except replace the spring which I think needed it but I think I should have gotten a second opinion.

Description of Work: This is the second special offer in which I have participated, both of which cost over twice what the original offer stated. I realize that my house is old and needs attention, but I'm hesitant to take any more special offers because of the extra expense.

Description of Work: In my opinion the 'offer' they made to replace the rollers was just a ruse to allow them to make a case that 'everything' else on the door needed to be replaced at an exorbitant price. they wanted me to spend $900 on repairs. |If I had not been home, my wife would have agreed to replace parts that were barely worn.

The gentleman who did the work was very knowledgeable, I felt he answered all my questions to helped resolve a problem that was waiting to occur. I was glad to call this company and would be more than happy to call them again to resolve any issues with garage doors.
