At noon the company was a no show and just as I was beginning to dial, they called me. The caller stated Vladimir had cut himself that required stitches but that he was still planning to come to my house. Within the hour Vladimir arrived stitches and all. He completed the job. I commend his work ethic, dedication to his job and customers. Thanks Vladimir

Description of Work: He did a very thorough job. The safety eyes were in a bad place so he moved them to a better location. In addition, I purchased a remote opener from him.

The cost seemed high to me but lots of parts were deteriorating I guess and I hadn't had it looked at for 6 years. The door is all glass so very heavy. He was very prompt and very efficient.

Description of Work: TJ responded quickly and was able to come out and fix our broken door the same day. Another provider had told us we would need to replace 2 door panels. TJ was able to replace the broken hinge and insert more screws to prevent this from happening in the future. We are very pleased we found someone who is able to troubleshoot and come up with the best solution.
