It went well. James was personable and professional. Great conversation along with coaching me on my garage door.

In approx. 1.5 hours, the technician replaced two standard garage door springs and the bearing used to hold rod in place. Total cost: $800: $500 for springs and $300 for bearings. Afterwards, I discovered that the springs are readily available and cost only $29.00-49.00, and the bearings are also inexpensive. Total parts cost to company: <$100.00. While I can't speak to what other companies are charging, price gouging of this type makes prey of people in vulnerable positions, e.g., those that can't get their vehicles out to go to work, the grocery store, school, etc... I'm ashamed to have participated in such a disgraceful business transaction. I hope others will shop around to find a more reasonable provider.

Nick lead service tech was GREAT. I thought my door was broke. Turns out the security latch was pushed in. Nick went ahead and serviced my door at NO charge. It was user error and he was honest and kind enough not to charge me for my own stupidity. I will tell everybody call Precision Door Service when you need anything related to your garage doors. My door needed repair during a winter ice storm. Precision had someone out to my house with in 2 hours of calling. The repair went great. We decided to completely replace the door at a later date. That installation was also completed on time and with high quality.

Great.! Mike was our technician. I responded to the ad yesterday, received a call this morning and Mike arrived on time at noon. He was very professional, did the work in about 45 minutes or less, responded to my questions with information on further measures to take to diminish noise, cleaned up quickly and left. He cleaned up after the installation and walked me through all of the devices (who knew garage door openers we that advanced that you need a walkthrough - but they are). My technician (Josh) was delayed, but the office called me well in advance and offered to reschedule if needed. Instead I accepted a revised appointment time, which Josh met. Josh reviewed the damage to my garage door opener as well as the condition and adjustment of my garage door in order to understand any possible cause for the opener's failure. He then described not only the suggested repairs, but the rationale for doing so in terms that I could easily understand. He offered me a couple of different options and I selected the more expensive one, but also the one with a much superior warranty. Josh finished the work quickly and cleaned up completely. My garage door and opener now work very well. I am pleased and impressed.

The finished product looks good and appears to be of high quality. The door required some tweaking because the opening was not entirely square, and the resulting fit is excellent.

Ben was prompt, professional, and courteous. He worked quickly aand explained everything that needed done. He gave me options as far as how much work needed done now and what could possibly wait until a later date. He asked how much I wanted done and if I had coupons (I did). He explained what he was doing and why. He seemed knowledgeable aand passionate aabout his work. It was a very positive experience. I would definitely use this company again.

The tech came out and did a thorough evaluation of our garage door. He found some things I wasn't aware of and presented me a quote for the extra work and parts. Not cheep but I think it was a fare price and the job was done quickly and was, in my opinion worth every cent.

I got an appointment for the next day! My technicians (Nick and Brian) were phenomenal. The arrived on time, in a company truck, and in uniform. They quickly assessed my door, provided a multiple ways to fix a minor issue with my door, fully explained what needed to be fixed (and why!), and helped me choose the best course of action to fix the door within and given price-point. Well, a $200 repair turned into a $700 repair; however, the work really needed done.

I called Precision and spoke with Holly, who was very kind and helpful! She even explained to me how I could secure the door on the inside, so that no one on the outside could open it. Josh came over and discovered some corroded wires in the sensor, repaired it, and quickly had it working again. He also checked out both garage doors to make sure that everything was working properly. I was so impressed with Josh and Holly, and would highly recommend Precision to anyone who is having a problem with their existing garage door, and anyone who needs replacement doors. Precision is a top-notch company, providing the excellent quality of service that all homeowners hope to receive! I will definitely call them in the future, if we have any problems with our garage doors.

Met this company at the Indiana Home Show. Their professionalism from the time we met them until the job was complete was an A+. We asked many questions at the home show so pretty much decided what we wanted in the way of style before guys came out to measure. There was no pressure to buy, but it was nice having a confirmation that the color we selected at the home show was indeed the right choice for our home. The guys brought out large sample sections of the door colors when they did measuring and final things before placing our order. It took around 6 weeks or so to get our custom doors in and installed. Totally acceptable as this is what we thought. Everything about the installation went smoothly. There was no mess left on our property and new doors look beautiful. Highly recommend this company if you are considering replacing your old doors for a high quality product.
