Very fast turnaround. Almost next day service; very good customer service. Was very happy with the end result.

When I called in the late afternoon, they said they could come out just a short time later so we could get garage door repaired same day. Received quote over the phone. When the repairman came out, he tried to sell me the higher end and higher priced springs with a lifetime warranty and some other stuff. I still went with the basic spring repair and he seemed a little put off from me maybe b/c I turned down the higher priced repair. Maybe it was the end of the day though and he just wanted to go home.

Even better than expected. Truly a great company, very responsive and had the record of my prior service call on hand at the time of service, even though I didn't remember. Arrived early, very professional. No issues will use again and recommend to neighbors.

Jeff did a great job repairing everything. He explained everything before he did it and showed me why it needed replaced. He never put pressure on me for a purchase. Just gave me ideas and let me decide what was needed. I would definitely recommend the company and Jeff as the repair man.

We purchased Angie's List "Big Deal" $99 for garage door tune-up + keyless entry pad or quiet roller replacement, provided by Precision Garage Door Service in Fishers. Vickie was helpful & pleasant when scheduling our appointment for Tuesday between 10am and noon. They sent an e-mail cofirming the appointment along with photos of service technicians and the name of the one making the service call. Our technician, Mike Pratt, called a little before 11am to let us know he would be here in fifteen minutes which I appreciated. Mike is a polite, pleasant, out-going, efficient young man. He explained everything he was doing and showed me how the springs were working with-in tolerence. He replaced the rollers with sealed bearing rollers. We will be sure to request him when we call for our next tune up. Overall, we were very satisfied with this experience.

This is one of the best home service providers I have ever dealt with. They sent an e-mail ahead of time reminding me of the service time, which included a picture of the service man. They arrived early. The serviceman wore a uniform, was articulate in explaining what he was going to do and performed the work within an hour. The garage door was noticably quieter after the work was done and safer due to replacement of the frayed cable.

The experience was fine with them. The service was good.

It went very well. I called that morning and they came out that day. He was here about a half hour. He explained all of my options and was not pushy. We had a really good over all service with them. I had a coupon online so the price was good. It works better than it did before.

Within 1/2 hour of purchasing the big deal i received a telephone call from Precision thanking me for my purchase and offering me a same day service call. I purchased the big deal about 8:30 a.m. and received the service about 12:45 p.m. same day. Between the phone call and the service call I received an email identifying the tech who would be coming, showing me his picture, and offering his bio as well as his prior reviews. I find this to be an incredible level of service. The Tech's name was Josh. He called me about 12:25, told me he would be at my house at 12:45, and he arrived exactly at 12:45. Josh was efficient and precise in his explanation of what he had done and the one possible problem area he identified. He explained that my spring was losing tension and demonstrated how he had arrived at that finding. He did not try to sell me a new spring as we determined that the spring would last for a good while longer but that I should keep an eye on its lift power to determine when replacement would be necessary. I found Josh to be a very personable and trustworthy young man. If I need any garage door servicing in the future I will call Precision and I will specifically as for Josh. Further I will recommend Precision to my friends and family anytime any of them might be in need of garage door service. My level of satisfaction with this Angie's List big deal is extremely high.

JEFF ARRIVED A LITTLE EARLY FOLLOWING MY EMERGENCY SAT. CALL. HE SIGHTED THE BROKEN SPRING IMMEDIATELY, BUT WAS IN NO WAY PATRONIZING IN POINTING IT OUT, WHICH WAS APPRECIATED. HE POINTED OUT VERY WELL WORN OTHER PARTS SHORTLY AS HE WORKED THE PROBLEM. I WAS DEEPLY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROMPT RESPONSE AS WELL AS THE COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM. JEFF ALSO SEEMED TO WORK QUICKLY.

Michael the technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. My garage door was in great shape but everything in the mechanicals was in terrible shape. A new opener, springs, and door assembly (rollers, wires, rod and spools) and everything was back in great shape. Michael programmed the new remote and even our car remotes after finishing the install. He was finished in no time and the garage door has been performing like a champ. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing door service

Overall, we are very pleased with the responsiveness of Precision and the quality of work that was done. While the price was somewhat higher than others, it was worth the responsiveness and level of services we received. We will use Precision in the future.

My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was exceptional. Josh was the technician that worked at our home today and did a fantastic job. Jeff arrived 3 hours after I called for repair of my garage door. Jeff called to say he was on his way. He was punctual, professional, and courteous. He explained why parts needed to be replaced. The job was completed promptly and correctly.

The worker was very polite and explained what he was doing very clearly. He did a good job, and I would recommend the company to others.
