Precision Garage Door Service of Indianapolis

Very late in arriving, received call from (?) owner 20 minutes after last of time range (to arrive anytime between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.), stating worker was delayed due to previous job and would be there shortly. He arrived about 45 minutes later, 3:30 p.m. It seemed to take a very long time to get the info from the tablet/computer to provide me with the work and cost estimate for more than the check and replacement of rollers included in the big deal. It took about two hours for the work to be done. The worker then had to go to another job. The worker was polite, considerate and did not ask for anything while he was there. He removed the old items and took then with him. He apologized several times for being late. He had to work in very hot weather inside the closed garage with little light or cool air. I brought out two fans to try to cool the garage but did not have sufficient light source except the overhead light bulb, for him. He used a flashlight to light up the spots he was working on.

Service technician was knowledgable and professional. He gave me full details and explanation about my repair options. I felt like he was more concerned about finding the best solution for me rather than "selling" me on a new system. At the end of the day we have a system that will last us for many years and at a reasonable price.

This service was purchased through Angie's List Big Deal. The company called almost immediately after we signed up for the service. They made an appointment for the very next day and were here exactly when they said they would be. Swerviceman was very professional. I will use this company in the future.

It went excellent. They were very good.They came out and were ontime. They had a trainee and I thought the trainer was very good.

had a few communication issues with timing/scheduling but all easily adjusted and gutters are clean.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal. It went ok, but the technician could not do the two things I most wanted done: repair or replace the weather stripping and change one of the light bulbs. Nor could he change the battery in the touch pad opener. And then he told me things that were wrong with the door and that certain things should be replaced.

Great!! The Tech was very good at his job. He arrived on time, worked on the Garage Door and Roller Replacement. Then he installed the Key-less Entry Pad. He made sure I knew how to use the item, program changes and had the written direction too. The best part was while he was there he programmed my garage door opener that is built into my car for use at this house. I have tried several times and never been able to get it to work. I will use this company from now on.

I first contacted Precision Garage Door after consulting Angie's List. I spoke with Amanda and she set up an appointment for me. Josh came by at the appointed time. He looked at my existing door which had been damaged by my daughters car while backing out of the garage. Josh explained that to repair the two lower panels of the door would be costly and he compared this cost to a new door. I elected to go with the new door. I then had an installation date of Wednesday June 12. Vicki contacted me on Tuesday to confirm my appointment for Wednesday morning. Troy arrived at my home on Wednesday morning. I had to leave town before Troy had finished the work. I was quite comfortable leaving him to finish the work. He closed everything up when he left. The work area was clean and tidy and the door has functioned perfectly! From beginning to end this was a great experience. I would not hesitate recommending Precision Garage Door to anyone! Five Stars!!!

Early - explained everything well - more manageable handling of door.

I had a competitor out to service my door and they told me that I needed a complete new opener. I called them twice to come out to give me an estimate and they never responded. I called Precision and they came right out. I read Jeff's bio on and it was exactly spot on! He looked at what is not a typical installation at my residence and jumped right in with no complaints. I had done some research on the internet and discovered that there is a kit to fix what was wrong with my opener and he had one on the truck and promptly installed it, put on a new door gasket and made sure everything was operating properly. He is a fantastic technician and Precision is definitely reccommended!

My husband came home to a broken garage door this afternoon. After reviewing Angie's list, we decided to to with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because of the fantastic reviews. We called their main scheduling line at 445PM and spoke with a lovely service lady who got us scheduled right away. Our technician, Jeff, showed up at 515PM and was polite, professional, and very willing to show us what he was doing and how he was doing it. After 45 minutes our garage door spring was replaced, our door was tuned up and lubed, and we were thrilled with the level of service. The price was not bad and the 1 year service guarantee sealed the deal. It was such a pleasure to do business with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

Could not have been a better experience

Called the no. on ino. set appt w/in 24 hrs of when I called before arriving, as promised. Explained everything. Svc. was excellent.

Called the office at 3:45, was helped by a very pleasant office administrator, who explained the schedule and costs. She scheduled me for 4-6 that same night. The tech called shortly thereafter to say he was on his way. By 5:30 we had our garage door functioning well once again. Great service!

Corey was great! It was an honor to have a US Air Force Vet working on our home. He served our Country and we got the chance to thank him for his service. Pretty Cool! I'm glad he made it back safely to his family. He is knowledgeable about his products very able to put everything up in a timely manner.
