Very professional and very knowledgeable. Made my two garage doors like new.

It was great, Travis was on time, thorough and communicated everything clearly. I had purchased the big deal needing a tune up and wanting a keypad. Travis told me i should take advantage of the free rollers as well because mine were bad in both doors. I immediately purchased another Big Deal and Precision had Travis fix it on the spot so i didn't have to reschedule. I was advised that i needed new springs, but decided to wait. when i called them back a couple of weeks later, they scheduled me right away. Unfortunately i needed to replace my cables, etc and Travis took care of it.

It worked out great. That was a very good experience for me. I liked that they contacted me, they scheduled the appointment, they came and took a look, made suggestions of things that I might have done. They didn't push me to do things that I was not ready to have done and they did their servicing and did a very nice job.

It went great. The two techs were very friendly and professional. They were fast and courteous and definitely knew what they were doing.

They came to replace the rollers and noted a more significant problem with the springs and ended up fixing everything the same day. It cost more than expected, but I am happy with the service and the doors work and sound much better now.

We appreciate the fast service and will call them again when needed!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. Everything was excellent. I was very impressed. I knew I needed more than the Big Deal. I got a whole new opener unit. My garage door opener was old and I like this one so much better. I really liked the technician. He was right on top of everything. I would recommend them, especially the technician. He was very good. The price was fair.

They did a great job. We hadn't had trouble to any of it, he was great. It was the best one we've had. It's lot less than screechy, that's for sure.

The service went well and technician was courteous and explained what was going on with the tension control and spring.

The serviceman (Travis) called about 1:45 before the scheduled time to report that he had an earlier opening and asked if I'd like to move the appointment up. I did and he arrived punctually. I knew that there was some additional work that needed to be done. The door had previously been a wooden door and was replaced with lighter insulated door without changing the springs or bearings. As a result, the bearings had worn unevenly and caused the door to operate poorly and to display a slight buckle between two of the panels. Travis explained the problems and his recommendations. IHe gave me the price and I told him to proceed. He replaced the springs, bearings, cable and pulley. He was not able to completely eliminate the buckle without changing the tracks themselves, but the door now operaes very smoothly and I told him that I did not want to replace the tracks at this point. Travis was professional and thorough and I would use Precision again without hesitation. Because of the extra work that was performed I was also glad that he was able to start a little earlier than the originally scheduled time.

They came the same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was on time.

Service technician did an excellent job. He clearly illustrated the need for each recommended add-on without being pushy. Fortunately I could afford the add-ons. The original deal was one door tune-up including either a new digital keypad, or new premium rollers all for $99. I assume they usually discover very legitimate additional problems leading to recommended add-ons at additional cost. The work went smoothly and quickly. I was completely pleased with the contractor and the outcome.

It went good. They responded really fast. They were here within an hour and got the job done.

The man came on time, got busy to find out the problems, fixed the issues and left.

Contractor (2 workers) arrived promptly and installed the wireless outside control unit. They also inspected the garage door mechanism and found a couple serious issues. They adequately showed and explained the problems which once I saw them had to agree that there were indeed issues. Due to the cost of repairs, I have to wait until a more favorable time. I will consider using Precision Garage Doors for the work. The techs were knowledgeable and professional.

Did a professional and apparently thorough job, and was polite and communicative. I was hooked in by the big deal tune up for $99, and was talked into replacing the springs for another $195, which I now think was unnecessary and expensive. I don't fault the service provider for seeking additional business, but will now be more apprehensive about the other big deals I purchased from Angie's list.

Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to explain his work and what could be done in the future.

My experience overall went very well. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was pleased with the worked provided. I would recommend this company to others.

Thanks for the "deal!" What a great experience! On time. SO very polite. Explained absolutely everything to me in detail in a way I understood. Honestly answered my "what if" questions like "What if I don't get such and so done- what will happen?" He did not try to hard sell or up sell me on anything. As a result I ended up getting the key pad. If I'd been pressured into multiple repairs (or any actually) outside of the routine service call I would not have wanted to do further business with them. The Service gentleman was SO very courteous. He even laughed at my awful wise cracks. His mama obviously raised him correctly! It was a lovely experience and I will recommend Precision to absolutely everyone!!!

It was good. It was a little expensive. Other than that, it was good. The customer service was good and the guy who came to do the tuneup was very knowledgeable

Arrived on time. Actually was a little early. Opened garage door & immediately noticed broken spring. Quoted price before beginning repairs. Installed number pad. Explained operation and stayed until code was placed and working. Very satisfied!

I subscribed for a $99 tune up and new rollers. I ended up with a much higher bill, partly for parts and labor, but also a service charge of $65 and a fuel charge of $15 that I knew nothing about. I also now have light coming in from the top of the door, which might mean that cold air will come in in the winter and cause problems. It is making a very bad noise when the door is opening.

Everything worked out fine. They called within 24 hours and they came out within the next couple of days. They showed up early. When he was done, he gave me some recommendations on possible future work. He was pretty informative on the future work and explained why it may need to be done. It was a good overall experience.

It was great. I used the rapid connect, which worked out well with the scheduling. He was very thorough and very pleasant to work with. The quality of the work was good as far as I can tell.
