Ben H. was my service tech. Not only did he show up on time, but also he called to tell me he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was ok to start early. He was prompt, professional, and very friendly. He took the time to install my new wall mount garage door opener correctly, and he also took the time to walk me through the WiFi setup and options menus so that I had a good understanding of the product. He cleaned up after himself and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Wonderful experience.

Hired someone else due to price difference.

My service technician, Kevin, was very friendly and professional. He called ahead and showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He gave me several options and made sure I was comfortable with my choices before performing any work. His work showed a great amount of care and detail, and he had the door fixed very quickly.

Our technician was Kevin Ulrey. Great customer relations, represented the company well. He displayed interest in helping us find a solution by giving us multiple options. No sales pressure, but supported each solution with the details needed. Communication was focused on the customer's satisfaction. So neat in his work and our garage floor was cleaner when he left than when he started. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Eric showed up right on schedule. Fully explained what service options he could deliver (3 of them). I selected the option I could afford and he started the work. Eric was very efficient. Finished faster than I expected. Very professional.

A lightning strike took out our old opener. They were able to get out here next day to replace it. Our service tech, Ben Heflin, was really friendly and efficient. He clearly laid out all of our options and took care of everything right then. We're very happy with the result.

Great worker (Ben). He listened to my description of the trouble, took time to explore the problem, went over the problem along with a selection of estimates. He worked quickly and when finished he reviewed the new system with me. What more could I have asked for? I heartily recommend Ben and Precision Door Service. Note: same day service! Took longer then originally told but job well done

Ben came out the day I called. He explained the fixes & gave me quotes. He was able to do all the work within a couple of hours. The new opener is great. It's so much quieter than my old system. Thanks.

My tech was Kevin Ulrey, he called and let me know when he would be arriving. Was very kind, walk through the garage with me and showed me items of concern to him. He never pressured me to purchase anything but gave his honest opinion. Even checked out the other garage door I had and fixed a minor issue. Very stand up honest man. I would recommend Kevin to anyone who needs garage door repairs. Class Act.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. I really like their web site & how I could upload a picture of my house to see how the door would look. The tech that came out was awesome as well. He was not pushy on anything in particular. He just provided us great information about our options and allowed us to make the best choice for our family.

Precision Garage Doors is 100% worth calling! We have used this company twice the first time we needed new springs new motor controls and remotes new pulleys and the second time we needed to replace our rods that we had not done on prior service. We had a technician named Nick who really exemplified the company well. Nothing is more stressful then having to get a service and have strangers in your home. For our specific situation our garage door wouldn't open and the side access door for our home is not available for use. Nick asked if it would be ok to access the garage through the main house door and walk through to the basement. Although this is common sense that this is what needed to be done he didn't just assume but asked out of respect for my home. When evaluating the potential problem we called about and what was on his work order he confirmed that the call for our service was not what we had described but detailed what the issue was that needed to be addressed and went over educational understanding of why it was not what we had described on the phone so that we were educated to know for (fingers crossed) future needs. After detailing the work we needed he asked again if he may walk through the house to get a quote made and also check on material he knocked when coming back into my home was precise on material and labor cost. There was no hidden fees of added time or material used. Upon completion he checked our door and unit cables pulleys rollers balance everything and adjusted any needs but seeing I had children he checked the saftey of our door the motor and really checked opening and shutting the door several times. Nick was very honest letting us know we would in the near future need a new motor and never tried to push a suggestive sale for the company but talked to us about options that would be cost efficent but we know we plan to use Precision Garage Doors for that service when the time comes. He cleaned his mess and discarded our old material not leaving it with us to figure out. I highly recommend if you're needing garage service to use Precision Garage Door to meet your needs and I am sure all their technicians are all good but if available I would personally recommend asking for Nick he has serviced us twice on behalf of Precision and both times has been very professional very considerate very detailed precise and fast.

Nick and Ryan took time to trouble shoot the problem and ran through all scenarios to get to the root of the issue. It took some time, but Nick was able to resolve the issue. I originally called them out to install 4 garage doors I purchased through another company. Matt came out on time & gave me a quote to install the doors. After further discussion, Matt explained to me it would be cheaper for me to return the 4 doors & purchase 4 new doors from his company. After he broke down all the math, he was correct. I paid a 25% restocking fee & still saved close to $1,000. Furthermore, Matt compared the warranties between the two companies & it was a no brainer for me to go with Precision Door. I felt so confident with them I paid Matt in full the day we met. Justin came out today to install the 4 new garage doors from Precision Door. Another professional employee! He was here on time & installed 4 beautiful new garage doors with keypads. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Recommend them to my sister who also purchased a new 2 door garage from them & will be installed shortly.

Went well. The service person fully explained what was needed and showed me the evidence for the needed repairs. The work was completed expeditiously, and our garage door is now functioning much better.

Nick, from Precision Garage Door Service, came the same day we called. He was OUTSTANDING!! He explained exactly what we needed, quoted us a fair price, then went right to work and within 2 hours had our job completely finished. He was very professional, courteous, and went out of his way to do an excellent job. I would highly recommend him!

Everything went very well. Although this was not an emergency, the service was promptly scheduled for the morning following my call. The technician was punctual. He looked my door over carefully, and advised me that the jerky movements were due to old worn parts (rollers, pulleys, etc.). He said the door itself was in good condition. Because the old spring mechanisms no longer comply with code, he had to retrofit new parts that meet modern standards. He gave me 3 choices in terms of price, with the highest price materials having the longest estimated useful life. I selected the medium choice. He had the necessary materials on his truck, and he installed them efficiently. He left the work area cleaner than it had been before. Very good communication; very professional. The door works like new now.

If you want cheaper installation with poor quality do NOT go with Precision. I have had springs, rollers, and now a Liftmaster WLED opener now replaced all with their lifetime warranty. My opener no longer moves as it’s now reinforced with stronger steel. I have no problems paying more if I’m getting what I’m paying for and they stand behind their product and their work.

Fantastic! Nick explained everything and answered all of my questions. My advice to Precision: HANG ON TO NICK!! This was a same-day emergency repair. I am thankful for your 24/7 service. I've had Precision Service twice, and both times exceeded my expectations. I recommend without reservation.

The price is per door and I really believe it’s disingenuous to double the price for the same garage door opening had I but one door in the same space as a dual door. A more equitable experience would have been 1.5 charge for the offer at least being honest about the experience. It was devious and less than forthcoming in a fully professional manner. The technician was very capable and professional.

Service was completed as promised. They arrived during the time frame which was scheduled.
