Scheduled a repair job for a Sunday. The technician called a few hours before my appointment to say he could do the job early which was good for me - the sooner the better. Arrived promptly, confirmed that the spring needed replaced and advised the replacement of other parts, e.g. rollers, pulley, etc. and gave me price options. I went with just the two springs. Very pleased with the quick response and a job well done.

They did a great job and on time. The technicians were very professional and the garage door and opener are quiet and great. I would also recommend the battery backup. We occasionally experience power failures and it makes in an almost non-event.

The service went pretty well. They did exactly what the deal stated. My wife primarily dealt with the staff. We had some difficulties getting the deal scheduled and played phone tag for a while.

Very good. He called before coming and worked very quickly. Went over everything he did and explained how to tell if your springs need replaced. Cleaned up after himself.

It went ok. They replaced the rollers and that was all they really did. I didn't feel like there was a real "tune-up" done and that he was just trying to sell me stuff after the rollers were replaced. There is another company that I usually use that I will probably be going back to.

They had to replace some rollers and tightened and replaced any other necessary parts on a double car garage. They also replace the rubber insulator at the bottom of the door. One technician worked for over 1 11/2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the mechanics of the door. We would use them again. Also like how they have the pictures of their technicians on their website. They tell you who will be coming to do your service and then you can go to the website to see the technician's picture so that you will know who to expect at your door. I think it is a great security bonus.

Josh was on-time and performed a through inspection of our door. Josh provided suggestions on future repair needs based on the age and condition of our door. I appreciated Josh's honesty and the detail he provided on needed repairs. We will be looking to Precision to replace our door in the near future.

He fixed the Craftsman garage door spring with their replaceable spring and performed a thorough evaluation of our current system and a recommendation to a torsion conversion. I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went great. They were fantastic, they were an A+. We called them, because we thought we needed some repairs, and they said that we had a terrible install. They showed my husband why, and they were just great.

The service went very well. They were flexible with my schedule and did a great job. One technician came out and completed the service in a timely manner. I chose to have the roller replacement done. There were no other repairs needed. The technician was professional and did exactly what needed done.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. I paid a little bit extra for some things that needed to be done that were not part of the deal. I think it was $150 more. I bought a garage door opener on my own and they put it in for me which wasn't part of the deal. They did a good job. I didn't have any complaints.

It was fantastic. They were knowledgeable but did not talk down to me. They were willing to do what was right for me and not what would give them the most money. The work they did is still working perfectly over a year later!

Troy Bridgman removed the old door and all associated parts. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He answered all my questions.

Josh was great! He came out and looked at my garage doors and let me know that the springs and bearings on the doors were shot. I also needed new remotes which he helped set up. He had everything on his truck and was a super nice guy.

I was very pleased with the one who came and solved the problem but I wasn't comfortable with the price. That seems unreasonable to me. He was very courteous and I need others to be alert with the price.

My original appointment was scheduled between 9 - 11am, but at 8 am Eric called me to see if I would prefer him to come out early. I was very happy that the service could be done early so I wouldn't have to take a half of a day off. Eric inspected my garage door and found that the spring snapped and the original company that installed my door didn't put a second spring coil on my door, which was wearing everything down on that side of the door. Eric worked hard and quickly to make sure my garage door worked perfectly. Eric's customer service and knowledge of garage doors is above excellent and I will call them with any garage door services in the future. I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs!

The door sensors were checked and re-adjusted. There was no charge because the door was under warranty. The technician was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient.

It worked out fine. Scheduling was very easy. They worked on our door and came back out to at a later time to replace the door when we drove through it. They had very fair pricing.

I called precision overhead garage door to do a tune-up service on my door. My door was making a strange noise when opening or closing. The technician Josh examined my door and discovered a broken bushing and damaged bearing. He made the necessary repairs in a short amount of time. He did an excellent job on repairing my door and know it runs smoothly. I would recommend this company and Josh the technician.
