Precision Garage Door Service of Indianapolis

My garage door would not go back up. I called Precision Garage and they came within an hour and repaired everything. They were very nice and I was very pleased.

I like the appointment scheduling process including showing me the service technician that will do the work. I received a call when technician was on his way. He arrived in the stated time frame. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. I have used Precision before and will continue to recommend them.

I called their 24 hour phone line at 7 pm on Monday and was able to schedule an appointment on Wednesday. Received email confirmation that led me to web site with good coupons, articles, bios and info. Wednesday tech called early with possibility of early arrival. Tech was very professional and communicative. Tech arrived in professional looking truck, diagnosed problem, and performed inspection. Went smoothly and worked out great.

We were pretty happy with them. They're great. We will use them again in the future.

Joel did a good job replacing my broken garage door spring during the holidays. He explained everything well and I was pleased with the experience.

Technician showed up right within the scheduled window. Talked thru the problems I was having and decided upon the door rebuilds. The tech was pleasant and knew his stuff. He had all the parts and tools right there on his truck. Work only took about an hour to complete. Very pleased with the doors and how they are working. Management follow-up was also good. Might not be the cheapest garage door company around but certainly one of the most professional.

Got a good deal as it was just after our local Indianapolis home show. They were able to work around out schedule to get it installed which was nice. We had to have them come back with 2 new panels as they were scratched/missing paint. Noticing some additional issues with how the garage doors are sitting (allowing light in around the corners.

They were prompt. I pulled out a coupon from Angie's list website and the service guy who came out said that there is an additional 40$ discount in the monthly magazine and I appreciated that. He fixed what was wrong with the door and also found out the root of the problem and fixed that too. I was very satisfied.

The service was performed right away, when I wanted them to come over. They were good. They were cordial and gave me good details of what the issue was and what needed to be done. It was a little bit expensive. But the service was good.

Andrew was the technician/installer. He was exceptional. He arrived early (based on the two hour time frame that had been provided), was knowledgeable, informative, courteous, and respectful. He explained everything I wanted to understand to make a proper decision about what I wanted installed. I was also impressed that there were no hidden fees or labor charges. The $80 they charge to come out covers the work, regardless of the amount of time it takes. I was also able to use the $65 coupon on Angie's list and the $10 coupon on Facebook. That did not make a huge difference in the bill, but it only further validated that I received great service at a competitive price. I definitely recommend this company!

Nathan promptly returned my call for an estimate and came out shortly thereafter to quota the work. We scheduled a date/time for the install. Installers arrived on time, completed the work within 2 hours. They all did a great job. Installers helped move some large items in/out of the garage. Very pleased with service and price. Great company to work with and will certainly use again if needed. (The other two large companies who Angie's List recommended (A+) never responded to my Angie's List request either by email or phone).

He was such a nice young man. He did exactly what he was going to do and did it efficiently. It went great.

I called two different service providers I found in the Angie's List publication. One wanted to charge extra because it was Sunday, Precision Garage Door Service of Indianapolis told me they didn't charge extra for Sunday's. The service tech (Josh) called on his way to my home. Felt bad telling me what was wrong with my door. Josh did a great job and Angie's List has a great service provider for there members.

Technician was very polite and professional. He arrived on time and cleaned up afterward.

They were excellent, they are professional, it was very good. They are the best company to do garage doors.

This was the second or third time with the same issue. I actually dialed the wrong number and didn't realize it until they answered the phone! My thinking was let them come out, if the other company had been out 3 weeks ago and it's doing it again maybe somebody else needs to look at the situation. This technician was very thorough and inspected everything before telling me what needed to be done. Very impressed and now, will not call anyone else.

The employee was very nice and informative. He was very respectful and informative. I appreciated how quick and efficent he worked. He sent an email with follow up details on the service he performed. Also, they came the same day I called in the evening to fix the issue.

Little late posting this review, sorry. We have used this company before to replace the main spring on our doors. They do an excellent job! And they honor their warranty work! This time we needed a new garage door opener and we couldn't be happier with the one that got installed! The tech was Joel E. He did a great job and was very professional! Will always use this company! Very honest and professional!

I purchased an Amazon certificate to get garage door examined and the rollers replaced for 99.00. Precision was punctual, very professional, cleaned up after, and made recommendations. The recommendations were documented and sent to me via email for reference. The tech was not pushy when I denied to replace the garage door opener. I will go back to Precision in the future.

They arrived on time and explained the full condition of our garage door. There were a few other things that they recommended but weren't high pressure. Can't honestly say if the price was great since we've never needed this type of service before. However, it has been working great ever since. Would definitely consider using them again if needed.

Josh installed a garage door opener that I purchased on Amazon. He installed the door opener and keypad for me and explained how to set the code, the automatic closing feature and the sensor for the light to automatically come on when movement is detected. I was very appreciative of all the help and instruction, especially since I didn't purchase the door opener from their company. The door works great. He was very professional. Would definitely recommend again.
