Just fine. Prompt and professional.

They were a bit pricey but it was a great garage door. It looks nice. Everything else was fine. We had two service technicians out and both did a very good job. They were great. They were very professional.

The Angie's List $39 special for servicing the garage door ballooned into a much larger one than I had anticipated. I was at work when the service man came to my house. He explained over the phone why the additional work was needed. However when I came home and looked at the replaced part I did not think the additional work was warranted. The next time around I will check out the recommendations in person before I agree to additional work. It also makes me wary to use Angie List specials in future.

Nick gave me all of my options and didn't put any additional pressure on the situation. Nick was one of the best technicians I have seen in a long time, it is hard to find quality service in today's world. He was extremely fast and still provided Quality work. I will definitely use this company again and request Nick for the job thanks.

Service was great. They were able to get to me the same day. The service man was nice, helpful, on time, and very quick.

The repairman called ahead and was able to come earlier which worked great for me. When he arrived, he inspected the door, performed the minimal maintenance per the coupon and provided an estimate for some minor optional work that could be done in the future. Also, he showed me how to reconnect the door I after I was forced to manually open it when the power was off for several hours after a storm. I REALLY appreciated that tip!

We prepaid for a garage door tune-up. Provider came in the time frame that was scheduled. We pointed out an area of concern on the garage and he immediately knew what the problem was and pulled the part out. Our chain was close to breaking because it was so worn down. Part was replaced timely. We were very happy with the service and will use them again..

The spring had broken on our garage door and my wife called Precision instead of Garage Doors Of Indianapolis who had installed the garage door before we bought the house. Precision came out and started working on the door. After about 15 minutes, he told me that my garage door was installed improperly. He said they only used one spring and my garage door (a double door) needed two springs to handle the weight of the door. I thought this was a little suspicious. I have lived in 3 different homes and none of them ever had two springs. While he was taking off the broken spring, I went next door to look at my neighbors garage door. Just one spring. Told the guy not to add a second spring. He finished the work and it has been working great! Charged me nearly $250 for a spring I can buy online for around $90. No wonder he wanted to sell me two springs. That $250 was just the part price. Labor was extra. Would never use this company again!!!

I called one company that advertises same day service. It was a holiday weekend and they told me the earliest they could come was Tuesday. I called Precision Garage Doors and they gave me a time to arrive between 2-4 on the Saturday I was calling. The technician, Nick, arrived at 3:00. He checked out the task, I gave him the OK and he went right to work. He finished by 4. He even replaced a burned out bulb! He had a good attitude and wanted to be sure the work was done to my satisfaction.
