Decided to purchase the complete overhaul, including new springs, cable, drums/bearings replaced. Garage Door opens/closes MUCH better. Very professional and explained everything very well. Highly Recommend!

They were awesome, I was very pleased. I had Nick and I was very pleased with him. Something happened a couple weeks later, they made a next day apt and came back free of charge, I was very pleased.

Very professional, informative, punctual, etc. Since I have 2 garage doors, I purchased a second inspection/ replacement for that door as well. Jeff ( I believe) answered all my questions and gave me possible scenarios about issues I might have with my springs which were 10 years old. I decided to roll with what I have but won't hesitate to call back should I need repair.

Job went very well. The tech fixed the issue we were having with the door and replaced the rollers. He also gave some recommendations but wasn't pushy in suggesting extra work be done.

Put new rollers and generally serviced. Sounds like a new door. Afraid they might have been upselling as they suggested a rather significant repair that is needed. Will do further checking on that.

I called Precision on Monday morning and was happy to talk with Maddy, as opposed to getting an answering machine! Maddy said she could send a technician out that same morning. Nick arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our garage door, and showed me exactly where all of the problem areas were located. Many of the parts were broken and needed to be replaced, and Nick had all of the parts available on his truck. He gave me a quote and offered a couple of different options. I chose to get the "overhaul" package. He repaired the door and I also asked him to please take a look at the additional single car garage door. Nick discovered that this door had many of the same problems as the first one. He repaired it and now both doors are like brand new and I'm confident they will be working smoothly for a long time. Nick was a pleasure to work with, he explained the warranty, and e-mailed me a detailed invoice. I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision for any garage door issues. They provide excellent customer service, are very prompt, and do high quality work for a very fair price. (Before I contacted them, I had called the company who installed the doors and got an answering machine all three times that I called. That's when I started looking for a different service provider and hit the jackpot with Precision! You'll be 100% satisfied with their work!

The technician was very helpful, he helped me understand all of the different options, and made it simple for me to make a choice. Interactions with them were fine. The work that they did turned out good. On price I really don't have any basis for comparison.

This was the 4th time I have used them to inspect or repair my garage doors. Great Company to work with. professional. The one time they were running a little late they called to update on expected arrival time.

Install was perfect, though somewhat pricey. Had a minor problem 10 days later on a weekend, was not able to speak briefly to a tech. I had installed LED bulbs for more light, but the Philips bulbs that I bought caused interference costing me nearly all range. Switched to conventional bulbs and eventually to Genie LED bulbs.

They explained everything in detail and had the work done in about an hour or less. Very professional and courteous!

The door works great now. It opens and closes with ease and is very quiet. The workman was very knowledgable and did not try to push me to buy a new door. He provided options and explained them completely. The rollers and springs he installed have greatly improved the operation of the door. I am very please with the service.

Very well. It was about 10 degrees that day and my tech did a very good jog. It took 2 trips but that was understandable with the age of the doors. He also lubed and fixed the sensor at the bottom of the doors. New what he was doing.

Overall a very good experience. They quickly came out to provide an estimate, and they answered all questions we had. We got a fully-insulated door for what the other bit Indianapolis garage door company charged for a hollow one. They scheduled us quickly for the work, and they were flexible with our specific needs. The installers arrived on time and did a good job. They were clearly hurried but they answered my questions again. We had one concern - that a physically-keyed alternate entry mechanism was not included with the install as we thought it would be. I let the installer know, and they said someone would call me back about that, but after 2 days they did not. When I called them though, they quickly understood, and they quickly resolved the situation. How this small issue was handled overall actually made me feel BETTER about the company. I have already recommended Precision to my friends.
