Mike came out and did an awesome job getting my air conditioning system back up and running and was able to do it at a cheaper price! I will also say that is because he didn't try to oversell me like the other companies. Awesome company, definitely will refer them and do business with them in the future!

Frank was great. Arrived promptly on site and fixed our issue with our faulty Fan relay. He was really helpful explaining the issue, provided us with a quote for parts and installed them efficiently. Very knowledgeable and made the process easy for new home owners that doesn't have the knowledge of HVAC systems. Will definitely plan to use PHP in future cases.

Called Monday for soonest available. Was told it wouldn’t be till Wednesday so I told them I’d look elsewhere. I was called back and was told they could get to me Tuesday. I agreed but Tuesday morning I was canceled on. Today, Wednesday, tech came but said it might have to be tomorrow since he might not have enough time. Gave us a quote of $980! That is boarder line crooked. I’ve been in the construction industry my whole life and this is a swindle. Had to pay $40 for someone to come and try to rob me.
Description of Work: Wanting a simple kitchen sink hooked up with garbage disposal and hoses for dishwasher. Only thing needed to be provided was pvc drain and basket drain.

My furnace began making a horrific noise when the blower turned on. I called Plumbing Heating Paramedics and they came out the same day. My furnace is not made for easy repair and it was quite a chore to remove the blower, but the repairman did it without damaging anything. He replaced the electronic component that was malfunctioning and the blower wheel that was bad and I have heat again! These guys are great. Thanks Paramedics!

It went well. Dave was prompt and explained what happened. The basket strainer was completely rusted, so it needed to be replaced. Dave was very efficient. The kitchen faucet also had a small leak, so that needed to be replaced as well. Dave came back the next week to install the kitchen faucet as is was more cost efficient for me to purchase it and then have him install it.
Description of Work: I had to have the basket strainer replaced on my kitchen sink, because it was rusted out and leaking.

Won't EVER do business with them under any circumstances.
Description of Work: I wanted a quote on getting a Thermal Expansion Tank and a Thermal Expansion Ball Valve. When they said it would be $39.95 to come out and diagnose the problem I asked why? All I wanted was a quote for getting some work done. First I was told by Trey in the office there would be no charge. Then Jennifer called me back and said there was a $39.95 charge. When I told her I knew what I needed, she asked if I was a plumber. I told her I had a plumber out yesterday installing a new water heater that was still under warranty and he told me what I needed. I just wanted a second quote on some work. She still insisted there was a fee to come out to do a quote. I told her to cancel my appointment and I would take my business elsewhere.

They came out took pump out and said they think they need to replace check valve. They replaced it and pump still didn't work so they told me I need a new pump! How would they not know that to begin with? They charged me $225 plus I had bought and coupon for $59 plus $50 worth of work. They were here less than 2 hours and only replaced the check valve. Now they want another $300 to replace pump and that doesn't include the cost of pump. So I'm going to end up spending about $1000 after all is done. I also waited 4 days for them to come out!!

PH Paramedics did a very nice job for me and would highly recommend them again. Essentially my heater was not coming on properly and it was a Saturday evening. The technicians spent time on the phone assisting me in trying to get the furnace working and diagnosing the signal code to better help me understand the system. They came out that Monday (they would have come that night, but I was fine with waiting until Monday to avoid paying weekend premiums) and determined that my kids had shoved a bunch of rocks in our exhaust pipe causing the system to not work. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and I did have a coupon.

Jeff was very honest that the issue could be septic related and not necessarily a clogged pipe. Said he could snake the pipe, but if septic issue, it would not be helpful. We decided to decline his service to call septic company instead; turns out the issue was a flooded septic tank. Appreciate Jeff’s candor and recommendation.

My system had stopped cooling by the time I got all the bids. Ryan came over and actually gave me a free R22 recharge to get me through till the install. Look up R22 on eBay. It's expensive. I knew right there I picked the right company. When they came out to install. The team was fantastic. This new Trane system is beautiful. I can really tell a difference in the comfort level with this variable speed unit. Later, I learned from my neighbors how well thought of PHP is in their minds. Several neighbors noticed the PHP sign they left after the install and stopped by to see it. Turns out even my neighbor was a customer of PHP and was very happy with her experience too.
Description of Work: I had a central air system that was leaking R22, it was over 15 years old and it was on it's last legs. I took bids from the top 6 Heating and A/C companies on Angie's list, After talking with all those companies, I could tell that PHP was by far the most knowledgeable and honest company in the group. Inviting Ryan over to bid was a very pleasant experience compared to all the rest. No pressure what so ever. I wanted a system that was variable speed with high efficiency, and he got me that system MORE than 10% lower than most bids. There was one company that was close to his bid, but I had to throw their bid out, when they failed to provide me exact model numbers of the system. Not so with Ryan, everything was 100% disclosed. Plus he got me financing through Wells Fargo 0% interest for 5 years. And they filed the paperwork with Duke energy to get me a $300 rebate.
