Fantastic! Eric Sharp was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked with my schedule and answered all my questions very patiently and friendly. I am switching all my Furnace&AC needs to Plumbing and Heating Paramedics (PHP) as a result of his caring approach and attention to detail!

This group is very professional and has very prompt service. They worked fast to install a new water heater the day before I had a large group coming to the house for a weekend. They provided multiple options and helped in making the best decision regarding size and type of water heater. I was pleased with the initial install, but this group falls short on follow up service. I paid extra for a higher capacity water heater that came with a 6 year warranty on parts, and 12 months warranty on labor. At 14 months, the unit stopped working. This was a disappointment because the water heater was so new. It was also disappointing that the group wanted to charge a service fee to look at it as well as labor to repair what they had just put in about a year before. They also informed that they were unable to assist with helping me with a home warranty claim with the program they are a part of, and that I would need to pay everything out of pocket and try on my own for reimbursement later. Technically, they didn't do anything wrong, but meeting the minimum requirements isn't what I'm looking for from a service provider. Any company can install a new water heater, the good ones follow up with service and stand behind their work. I only went with this company because my usual company was unavailable at such short notice. I won't me making that mistake again.

This happened on Sunday. Response was excellent and technician was knowledgeable and very helpful and thorough. His name was Austin. Price I can’t really judge—since I wanted it fixed (replace water heater) immediately I didn’t shop around.

Plumbing & Heating Paramedics (PHP) was great from start to finish. Ryan Carpenter was pleasant, helpful and not pushy when we selected a new furnace/air conditioner. Since it would be a week before they could install the new furnace, he even supplied space heaters so I could keep warm. When the day came, the installers (Skip, Nick and Kyle) arrived on time, and got right to work. They originally estimated that they would be finished around 4-5pm. They actually finished at about 2PM. The installers were neat, personable, patient with my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. My new furnace works perfectly. (A special thanks to Kyle... Since he was the youngest and had the least seniority, he got all of the crumby jobs. Even so, he was good natured about it and always polite. He will make a very valuable employee.) I recommend PHP to everyone. You won't be disappointed.

We called Plumbing Heating Paramedics for a second opinion for our furnace. We had Service Plus out for our annual furnace check up and they told us we needed a new heat exchange or a new furnace (the cost to repair would be almost as much as a new furnace). The Service Plus technician used a camera with a tube on it to show us a rusted hole in the heat exchange. Our unit was only 6 years old, so we told the Service Plus technician we were going to see what it would cost using the warranty that was still on the unit. We called Plumbing Heating Paramedics, told them our problem as explained to us by Service Plus. Ryan, the owner came out the next morning and explained the different types of furnaces to us so we could make an informed decision. He was troubled by our unit only being 6 years old, so he called his technician and asked him to come over to look at our furnace. When the technician arrived he could not find anything wrong with our furnace. They went above and beyond to ensure we did not have any issues with the furnace including taking the unit apart and physically looking up into the unit along with a CO2 test. They did not charge us anything for the second opinion. Based on our experience, we signed up for a three year maintenance plan which was $389 and includes air conditioner and furnace check ups and plumbing inspection including a water heater flush.

Michael arrived on time and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem (screws holding fan had come loose allowing the fan to vibrate). He tightened the screws and checked the furnace to be sure everything else was working well. My furnace is getting old and Michael told me what to expect when it begins to die in a few years. I felt like he was being very honest with me. I have used Plumbing & Heating Paramedics several times for both plumbing and heating issues and they have ALWAYS performed excellent work and are honest. I won't hesitate to call them again when I have plumbing or heating issues.

I was extremely pleased with Plumbing Heating Paramedics! Everyone with whom I've dealt has been extremely professional and courteous. The owner, Ryan, came out to give us our estimate in person. He listened actively to our needs and made several recommendations which we're extremely helpful. They were on time at every interaction and were always present to answer whatever questions we had. Based on my experience with them, I would highly recommend them to anyone with an h v a c need.

Claimed a deal for $49 online. Received a call right away which was quick. Told the guy that I claimed a furnace tune up offer on the website on October 19th. Asked when they could schedule me and he said Feb 2019. If they're not going to be able to service these kinds of offers because they're booked out 5 months, they should take those down. But no problem, I found another HVAC company that will be out to my home in 10 days.

Took him less than an hour to repair the problem.

Excellent contractor! They help me get the right system for my needs. Talked thru what exactly I wanted. Very professional installers followed. Even got my old system operating on Sunday till the new system could be installed.

They are 1st rate, they even sent someone out to our house at 10pm when we had a problem with the water heater

We talked to several vendors when we realized our heat pump needed to be replaced. We were very impressed with the salesman who discussed our options from Plumbing & Heating Paramedics and ended up choosing them to do the work. At the time, we decided to schedule the replacement for late fall to avoid a failure in the cold of winter. As often happens, our system failed a few weeks after scheduling and it was one of the hottest days of the summer and a holiday. We were so impressed by the excellent customer service by Plumbing & Heating Paramedics. Not only did they send a technician over on the holiday, but they patched our system for free since we had already scheduled to have it replaced. They also quickly escalated the order and delivery of our new system so that it could be replaced before we had another failure. The new system was installed and the workmen did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything afterwards and even fixed the messy job the previous system installers did with putting down the exterior pad over the top of part of our walkway.

We recently moved to a house with a 20 year-old water heater and HVAC system. Our home inspector had told us they were living on borrowed time. We have been through the hassle of having the furnace go out in 10 degree weather, and the water heater go out on Christmas Eve, so we decided to look into replacing them before they died. Having used PHP for years, we called them for a quote, and Ryan, the owner, came out. He was very nice, thanking us for being one of his very first customers back when he started the company. He looked over our system and our home and wrote up two quotes for Trane systems, explaining each one, with no pressure to select the higher priced package. They came out a week later and a team headed by Skip installed the furnace and air conditioner, while Austin the plumber installed the water heater. Ryan had also asked Austin to look at our toilet, which kept running, and he replaced our flapper for free. Austin was done and gone shortly after 11, and the HVAC techs were done around 2:30. All were friendly and quick and seemed to know what they were doing, and we are happy to have a water heater and HVAC which should last us for quite a while.

I have done some work ahead (replaced the capacitor) but the compressor unit still not working. I called this company but cannot get the tech on the same day but only next day after hour appointment can be made (extra$). The Tech came right after 5PM so after hours work charge will be applied (minus). Looked at the A/C unit and told the motor is no good but somehow the fan motor did turn for a short period then stopped. Tech go to his van and came back with a quote of $995 with discount and it will take another day for repair. I did some research ahead of time and a new fan motor cost between $150-$300 and probably less than 1 hour of labor. The overall repair cost should be around $400-$500. The quoted pricet is too high so I said no to the work. I ordered a fan motor on Amazon then replaced the fan motor in about 30 minutes without special tools. Works fine now. I think the tech really charged too high beyond reasonable range. I still had to pay for $135 late hours diagnose charge. I am disappointed with the rave reviews on Angie's list on the company.

It went well. They took care of the issue of the pipes. Over all it was positive.

Very professional! Was able to show up within 2 hours of being called, which was great since it was so hot. A bug had crawled between contactor and gotten fried, blocking current. He cleared away the dead bug and suggested ways to prevent in the future. Charged us the minimum to fix when he could have charged a lot more. Will use these guys again for sure!

Our Air conditioner started leaking on the Friday of a holiday weekend. We called several places, but Plumbing Heating Paramedics were the most responsive. Even though they were quite busy that day, they made it out to our house and diagnosed the problem. It was un-fixable at the time, but they did a short-term fix. Very helpful and professional.

Everything went great. Turned out to be a blown fuse, but we signed up to have both our AC unites cleaned and serviced on the spot. We were given an ETA of noon-2:00 p.m., but he got done with a previous job early and came straight over. He left at 12:24. We've had a few HVAC guys over this year (after the heinous winter), and this gentlemen was by far the most trustworthy, least-creepy (read: not creepy) of the bunch.

Cody and Jacob arrived promptly and analyzed the problem thoroughly. They made the repair quickly, determined another associated problem, and fixed them both. They made sure that when they left, the job was well done! We're very satisfied!

They did it at short notice on New Year’s Eve, Sunday night, without charging extra for emergency service. It was pricey, but I got a top of the line unit. It works great, uses less gas than my old unit, and it is supposed to last for 25 years. They also replaced my sump pump, my water level alarm, and my water shut-off valve. The owner came by a couple days later to check on everything. He upgraded the natural gas supply hose, and made a couple more improvements. This company stresses quality work and customer satisfaction.

It went great. They were able to get out same day and replace the water heater with a similar model for a reasonable price. I've since signed up for their maintenance plan, and they manage establishing appointments for me which is a huge plus. They have been punctual and educational as they completed their diagnostics.
