Very professional. Reasonably priced. Needed an extra part he didn't have, left to go to hardware store and return promptly.

Great. They came the day I called them. They needed a part and left to go purchase and came right back. The toilet was fixed within 2 hours.

Our gas valve had failed. He was able to correctly identify the problem. They suggested to replace the gas furnace. They said the replacement of the gas valve would have been $733.95. The service technician was very polite and respectful and open with the information. They left the impression that they really wanted to help.

Daniel Craig was the main plumber on the job. Exceptionally professional. Explained everything that was going to need to be done. Always very courteous. Technically very competent. Plus, he llikes dogs and our dogs loved him. I won't use anyone else nor any other company in the future.

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this company. Nor will we call them again. Due to very poor customer care. Specifically they gave us a window of time, but did not show up for the scheduled appointment. My wife and I both came home for the afternoon mtg, and the plumber would call us about every hour to say he would be here later and later in the day. After about 5 hours of waiting, the plumber called and said it was too late too come. By this time it was around 7 pm. They then showed up the next day when there wasn’t an appointment, and we weren’t home! Bad...

Everyone did a great job. The Emergency line representative was very helpful and effective. The after hours phone tech that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Ryan came early the next morning (this was not an emergency but urgent). He explained the options very well and completed the work quickly. NO GAMES . . . Very Good Experience.

Tech explained that it was probably due to wind when garage door was open. Gave me a quote on a different type of water heater but did not charge for the trip. Will definitely call again when I need something.

Called and was able to come earlier than expected and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the air within an hour!

I called last Friday, Sept. 26, to set up an appt. for a furnace tune-up. The earliest appt. they could give me was Jan. 10! Really?!?

Extremely well. They were on-time and very professional. They provided a thorough explanation of services performed at a competitive price. We would recommend them.

The work was fine. BUT, Plumbing Heating Paramedics charged me $481.37 (and with a $25 coupon) to switch out two shower heads and install a shower wall handle. I provided the all of parts. It took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete the job. By my calculations, labor for this job was $320.87 per hour. How does any reputable business charge that rate for a very basic plumbing service? Talk about unethical price gauging of a previous customer! I would have declined the service but I had unexpected guests arriving for the weekend and needed a working guest shower. Why am I posting this review: The unethical business practices and price gauging by Plumbing Heating Paramedics needs to be exposed. Caveat Emptor!

Completed in timely fashion to our satisfaction. I will use this service provider again if needed.

The representative did a good job determining what the problem was and was able to fix the problem in a short period of time.

I think it was a little pricey but he did a very good job.

Long story short I was attempting to install a new vanity over the copper supply lines for a bathroom sink. I bent the copper pipe which caused it to begin leaking. It was a Sunday night at 5:30 pm. Dan showed up even quicker than he had estimated. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He fixed the leak quickly including making recommendations to replace the 30 year old shut-off valves, which he did at the same time as fixing the leak. He also noticed the outside shutoff valve was leaking and was able to tighten the valve so that it would no longer leak. He made it quick and painless. He tried to make the higher than normal (weekend night) service fee worth the call out for us. Although it was a little more expensive because it was a weekend night, it was nice to know it had been fixed and we could turn the water on again. It was a great experience compared to our previous horrible experiences we had with Mister Quik.

Heidi was very professional; she arrived and immediately analyzed the problem, gave an estimated cost, and explained exactly what she needed to do to repair the leaking valve. She was very informative, efficient, courteous, and expert. Would have Heidi to do plumbing work for us anytime.

They were great to work with. Quickly identified the leak that was causing our floor to bo, and corrected the issues. Very friendly and I will use them again if needed.

Heidi did a fantastic and professional job. She was on time and was knowledgeable of the what had to be done to restore the hot water to out home. There is no question that I would hire this company again because of the job she did yesterday,

Excellent experience. Our water pressure had dropped to nearly zero in one shower/bath. Bryce was very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. He ended up replacing the cylinder and cleaning out the crud/sediment from the galvanized pipes. The water pressure is now back to normal. Well, normal for the 90-year-old house with a hodge-podge of plumbing materials.

This started as an emergency call on Sunday due to breaking a pipe in the wall behind my shower. The technician was polite and efficient. Parts needed to be ordered and he was able to put a temporary fix in place so I could turn my water on. The office was able to get the technician scheduled to return on Thursday to complete the repair.

I called Saturday morning. An answering service told me they would have a technician call me that day. I didn’t hear from Heating Plumbing Paramedics until Monday morning. By that time, I had found another company.

Fantastic. Years ago my house flooded twice in 2 weeks, so I just do not like anything involving water. Austin, the tech, knows this, and explains everything in detail that he is doing.

It all went well. PHP always calls ahead on their way, are courteous and friendly while onsite, and perform very good work. The installation of the sediment trap went well, no problems were encountered, and the plumber took the time to personally inspect all gas devices thereafter to make sure gas was flowing smoothly to all of them. All in all, a very good experience. Ryan, the owner, personally got involved ahead of time to discuss what work was needed and ensure that we got everything we needed with the service. This is my 4th service call with PHP, and they have all gone well.
