Description of Work: My water heater failed. I saw that there was a special on a plumbing service call through Angie's List. I needed to know if it could be repaired or had to be replaced. They were prompt and courteous but after telling me I needed a new one which would cost $1000 installed, I bought one at Lowe's and had a handyman install it for about $600.

Description of Work: Purchased the Angie's List deal for plumbing services since we needed our R/O system repaired. My husband had installed the R/O system but it was not working properly so I called in the "experts". Before I purchased the Angie's Deal, I call them to ask if they repaired R/O systems and they indicated that they could. After explaining to the plumber what the situation was, he looked at the system for the allotted hour and the only recommendation he had was to totally replace the system for approx. $1,000! Needless to say, I was not impressed with their abilities. They were extremely punctual and professional.

Description of Work: The company installed a water heater. The repair Man was on time,and was very prorfessional and the work was completed in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Left message for return call to schedule appt. Called again after a week and the appt was made within a couple of days. Plumber on time. New double wax ring installed on leaking toilet. Tried to fix more than necessary with added expenses. Husband insisted replacement of wax ring and we have had no problems since.

Description of Work: 2 toilets were resealed with the deal purchased, and I paid approx $35 for supplies. Additionally, during this visit, 4 BR faucets were replaced (I had previously purchased the new faucets). The technician, Bryce, was very skilled and professional. We will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Had an Angie's list big deal for a service call and one hour of work. I had a leaky bathtub faucet that needed repair. The plumber showed up promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair. Very positive experience!

Description of Work: I used the deal to get one pesky toilet problem repaired without a service charge and labor making it prohibitive. I did have to pay for additional parts, but I think the total cost was still okay. I'll definitely call them back for future services.

Description of Work: I have been in deep despair since the 'big freeze'...I came home from a trip to the sound of rushing water in my basement! I called the water company to have my water shut off at the main and only to find not only frozen burst pipes, but my furnace did not work either. I called on the folks I know that can handle both!!! The furnace guy came first, he was so nice, and told me that the problem was with the electric coming into my house, so I had to call the power company! They came and fixed it in about 5 seconds and the furnace came on! Now, I am having the 'plumbing boys' in to fix the burst pipes!

Description of Work: I had seen them work in a friends home and was favorably impressed. A joy to have my outside faucets all working.

Description of Work: Used coupon for house inspection and water heater flush. Found that garbage disposer needed replacing, which we knew. Est. was for 425.00 and I was able to do it myself for 100.00. I had to reignite the pilot on the water heater, but no big deal. Water pressure has been very low since service but this might be due to drought in the area.

Description of Work: Did not use this copanies services. The morning that I puchased the DIG DEAL I later discovered a leak in the bathroom and called but was told that there was NO way anyone could respond for at least two and a half weeks. Needless to say I had to find another plumber fast and since all the water weakened the grout and some of the tiles came up, I also had to find a repairman for that. I have now spent more than $450 including the BIG DEAL which will never be used......

Description of Work: Angie's List Big Deal - A/C puchase and installation. Also elected to purchase water softer, water filtration system and asked them to install a new kitchen sink and faucet. Owner was onsite multiple times and followed-up through other employees regarding issues. Employees were professional, friendly and knew their stuff. With one minor exception, I was very pleased with all their work and would recommend them to friends and family.

Description of Work: I used a "coupon" for this company from Angie's list. I received a service call and one hour of work for $49. They installed a new kitchen faucet (which I supplied). They were prompt and did a good job. Incredible value with the coupon.

Description of Work: I put too much down my disposal on Sunday morning, May 27th and stopped up my kitchen sink. I left a call with the answering service for this company on Sunday evening but called the company direct on Tuesday morning, May 29th before they could return my call. They were able to send a plumber out that afternoon. He didn't have a snake on his truck but was able to run my garden hose from outside into the kitchen and knock the clog out with an air instrument he attached to the hose. I had a coupon from the Angie's List booklet that covered the diagnostic service, and the technician charged me for just a half hour of his time.

Description of Work: My gas water heater which was 13 years old had developed leaks. I called the provider on the morning of Feb 14th to ask for service. A technician came to my house approximately two hours later and replaced the water heater. This company's service was very prompt and professional. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up the area where the heater was located. I would definitely recommend this provider and will use them again in the future. Their service is fabulous and of the highest quality.
