Description of Work: A little disappointed that I don't have a water softener, but didn't realize it would require so much additional plumbing and electrical work to have one installed. It would have ended up costing about twice as much, so decided not to have the work done. Workers were pleasant and company seemed great though.

Description of Work: Service provider's ad stated they would contact me to set up an appointment no later than 7/23. As of 7/25 I have not been contacted. Angie's List reached out to me twice via email to ask if the service provider had contacted me and I replied to both emails that they had not. So far, I am not impressed with this service provider if they cant even get in touch as promised in the ad.

Description of Work: After scheduling the visit, the provider arrived and checked the exterior faucet and then proceeded to the basement to locate the plumbing for the faucet. It was then that the plumber recognized that the basement was finished and there would need to be additional work and charges to access the plumbing. Recognizing that the drywall damamge would be required and then not repaired by plumber a decision was made to not proceed due to additional cost and the fact that the drywall would not be repaired.

Description of Work: I had Plumbing Heating Paramedics at my house to change an outside faucet from a previous deal. I also had them install a new kitchen sink. I was pleased with their work and asked about replacing an outside faucet at my daughters house. I told them it was a tight crawl space. I was told to get another Angie's list deal and they would do it. They would maybe charge me an extra $50 if it was tight. When Bart looked at it yesterday, he informed me it was too much work and he would need a helper. Bart was the one I originally talked with. He told me that if I would cut a hole in the bedroom floor over the faucet he would fix it. I was very disappointed. I graded them a C (an A for the first job and an F for the later).

Description of Work: I purchased the $99 Frost Free Outdoor Hose Faucet deal from Plumbing Heating Paramedics. They came out today spent 10 minutes here and said it would cost me an additional $240.00 to replace the hose bib. That's a total of $339.00 to replace the hose bib. On the special they said the value was $304.95 with a special 68% savings for Angie's list customers, so that makes my installation even more that everyday price.

I called around to several places and were told I'd have to multiple times I'd have to wait 8-10 days before I could get someone to service it. I saw Plumbing Heating Paramedics on Angie's List and called them. They had someone out here the following morning. Aaron was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgable. He had my A/c up and running within 15 minutes. Incredible service with no pushy "sales first" attitude. I decided to purchase their service package because these are the type of people I want to do business with. Thank you so much.
