Glen was right ON TIME!!! pleasant and professional. Located my sewer line to the street and well line from the head to the house. Clearly marked the locations including the approx depth. Couldn't ask for more. Great Job.

I called Glen on VERY short notice (less than 1/2 day!) in a panic). The 811 service neglected to tell me that our local water utility would not locate the water line from the meter to our home's crawlspace, and that we would have to find a locating service on our own to do so. They gave me the number for another service , who wanted to charge me over FOUR TIMES what I was quoted by Glen to do the same work, and they weren't certain that they could get here in time for my needs. I spoke next with Glen, who jokingly asked if I'd already talked with "those other guys"; when I said yes, he just laughed, and said that he charged a lot less, and would be at my house bright and early the next morning. Sure enough, Glen was there in his pickup truck, and, after a couple of hiccups with the overgrown meter cover (my bad!), he located the main, and marked it for us. I gladly paid him his fee, and thanked him for bailing me out of a big problem. You can't go wrong with Glen. I HIGHLY recommend him. The other guys: uh, not so much. Maybe save your money, and invest in a metal detector?!

It went great. I called 811 call before you dig earlier in the week and was surprised to find out they only locate the primary utilities underground. All the other places I called wanted over $500 to locate an electrical run of less than 30 feet in length. Pinpoint did the job in less than 10 mins for an amount less than others wanted to charge just to drive to my house.
