He worked with my schedule, was prompt and efficient. Being an older house, the placement of the light switch box did not align with the plate cover. He advised on the solutions to help me decide the best option.

Phase 1 Electric installed recessed lighting in my family room and kitchen. They did an excellent job, showed up on time, and were very courteous and professional. I sincerely appreciate their hard work!! My lights look amazing!

In the course of remodeling I had moved a bank of 4 switches from one wall to a newly constructed wall. In this process I lost track of the 3-way circuits. Phase 1 responded to the HomeAdvisor request promptly and was at my house within a couple of hours. The extent of their service was to troubleshoot the circuitry as I made the corrections thereafter. The tech was at my house a maximum of 30 minutes and charged me $125. Seemed a bit salty but I guess that's the price to be paid for prompt service and for me screwing up the circuits in the first place

I could not be more pleased. He was just wonderful. His work was quiet and he was very quick.

I originally inquired about the house we're buying in Noblesville. I ended up needing small fixes done on home we're selling in SW Indy. Tom made the trip the following morning, was on time, let me know he was on his way, was knowledgeable, quick, and professional. Price was less than anticipated. They stuck to their appointment window and even called before arriving to let me know they were on the way. The electrician who arrived was very knowledgeable and friendly. He kept me informed on his findings and how he was going to fix it. Thanks again to Phase 1 for their services!

We needed an outlet in our garage moved by about 2 feet. When I put the project into Home Advisor, the owner, Tom, called me within a minute. Tom was able to come over within 36 hours and complete the project. He was prompt, friendly and did excellent work. We will definitely hire Phase I for future projects.

Tom, the owner, came over to do an estimate within an hour of me completing the HA form. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. He tested every outlet affected by the problem in front of me. Highest marks for professionalism, timeliness, courtesy and value.

Brought them out due to a sparking outlet and house is old. Initial request was to tell us honestly what we really needed to do and what could wait. Immediate needs were a new breaker box and GFIs in several locations. Longer term was replacing most all outlets and switches. Both Toms were very upfront and gave us detailed and reasonable quotes broken down. We hired them to do the breaker box, GFIs and a few misc items while I will replace the other outlets and switches myself in time. They came back very quickly and got the job done very effectively and efficiently and on the quote. They were both extremely professional and courteous. Should be your go to electric guys in Indy!! I cannot recommend them more!! Its not sexy or exciting but could have easily saved a major house fire!! The cost was reasonable and the work and professionalism were just top notch!!
