Tom is a very focused electrician. He shows up on time, doesen't take a break, and gets the job done as quoted, with lots of good suggestions to save time and money, plus he's a nice guy.

The repair person searched for the problem and found it to be bad wire cause, upon installation screwed fixture in but also into the wiring causing eventual open. He fixed the wire and was good to go. Very efficient and courteous.

We fixed our exterior lamp post which had a faulty light sensor. He was courteous and timely. The only complaint and it may be nothing against Phase 1 was that it seemed pricey for a relatively simple fix.
