+ -1 moreI have used this company before, so I knew that the service appointment would go well. I have my computers serviced at least once each year, usually just for routine maintenance, but also for repair issues when that is necessary.
Description of Work: The representative performed maintenance checks on both of my computers, removed any software that wasn't needed any longer, and checked for viruses and other harmful items on them.

Description of Work: PC Sleuth set up my new personal computer, my new notebook computer, and linked both into a network using a wireless hub. I have used this company several times since 2006.
