Description of Work: Replaced rollers and adjusted the garage doors

Description of Work: Angies List deal. Owner came and did a miracle on one of the doors which was in bad shape. Replaced all the rollers and the wall switch. Straightened one track and the door works very nicely now. Would hire again.

Description of Work: I signed up for a Big Deal on July 30th. I called and left a message as well as emailed them to try and set up appointment with no response for several days. He finally contacted me and we set up an appointment for Friday August 10th in the morning. He called me early this morning about 6:30am and told me that he wouldn’t be able to make it because he was sick. I’ve just had a lot of trouble getting in touch with them.

Description of Work: I can't remember the exact price of what I paid to repair the spring. He went above and beyond to help me. He stopped by to help me get the door opened and my car out of the garage before. Then came back to make the repair and did not charge me a service call 2 times. He is very responsive and I will continue to use Paramount in the future.

Description of Work: He tightened screws and bolts on the garage door and replaced the rollers. He found a cable that was starting to shred and came back another day to replace it. Our garage door is working more quietly and smoothly now.

Description of Work: A great company and experience. Explained to them over the phone that the garage door openers they were going to look at were over 15 years old. We talked through it, and they made the trip out not knowing for sure what the problems were. They fixed everything and were unbeleivably fair with their pricing. A great experience and a complete confirmation that there are still very honest people and companies.

Description of Work: Punctual, polite. Explains the job details well. We had one door serviced (99$); and had the gear box repaired and springs replaced on a larger 2nd door (310$).

Description of Work: The axil on the pully dor our 40 year old garage door broke and I called Paramount to fix it. He came and gave me opeions for fixing the door and replacing the door. We chose to replace the door and he helped us get the cars our until the door was delivered. He was punctual and the quality of his work was excellent.

Description of Work: The technician was friendly and helpful. Since our garage door didn't need all the work we had paid for, he even refunded us our money. He still checked everything over and lubricated everything too! We would definitely recomnmend Paramount Garage Door!
