Description of Work: Replaced all the rollers on two garage doors, which dramatically reduced the operation noise, hardly hear the doors open now.

Description of Work: The package I purchased wasn't appropriate for my garage doors. Instead, I had him do a simple tune-up (and paid for it at the time) and asked him for a quote for replacement openers which he will provide.

Description of Work: My 20-year old garage door opener had failed, so I called Paramount based upon the excellent grades on Angie's List. I knew I needed a new opener, and when TJ arrived, he also noted other things that needed to be adjusted and did so without an extra charge. TJ installed the new opener, new wall-mounted control, two remote controls and an outside code-locked control. When the sensors were a little off right after the install, he returned within 2 hours to correct the issue. I will definitely call Paramount when I need garage door services in the future. I could not ask for better service, very professional, A+++

Description of Work: TJ was punctual and performed the promised services in a prompt and efficient manner. He reconditioned the garage door, lubricated the hinges and tracks, and changed the metal rollers with nylon rollers. We had some difficulty in getting the Big Deal scheduled, but TJ arrived as scheduled.

Description of Work: We played a lot of phone tag before I finally got scheduled, but that's not their fault as I'm chained to my phone all day. I had an overall check up on my 20 year old garage door and got new nylon rollers and it's much quieter now.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for this provider through Angie's List. I was told I would be contacted by the provider within a few days of purchase and did not hear from them, and did not her from them despite attempting contact through Angie's List.

Description of Work: Replaced rollers on very noisy garage door (now it's much quieter!), removed old worn out weather strip on bottom of garage door. Added keyless entry and showed and as a bonus showed me how to program my car to the garage door opener ( he did this for free). He's awesome; you can't go wrong using him. I will definitely call him when my 15 yr old Lift Master stops working

Description of Work: Ended up buying the offer to come do a tune up on the garage along with a remote. I mentioned that the door wiring seemed faulty as it would randomly go up at times and not shut sometimes too. He had to rewire the sensors as we were right and the wires were bad. Asked if I wanted to substitute the door opener for the extra work he did with the wiring and I told him I actually need another opener. Only charged me an additional $35 to wire the door and 2 weeks later I haven't had any episodes with the door not shutting properly. It was definitely money well spent!

A very pleasant young man who knew what the doors needed and what was not needed, and then acted accordingly. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for Garage Door Reconditioning PLUS Roller Replacement!

Description of Work: I bought the big deal because it included a wireless opener that was installed outside by the garage doors. This comes in handy to open the doors from the outside when I am out of my car. The big deal was for servicing the garage doors. My doors were only two years old and really did not need the servicing. He did lube them all up and I was very happy with the service. I will call again when I have issues with the garage doors.

Description of Work: TJ (the owner) was very friendly and punctual. Unfortunately, the Deal that I bought did not work for my Garage Door, and he explained why. He offered to refund the deal, or perform other services. I was having a problem with the garage door so he made a quick adjustment that has worked so far. I have a credit with this company (for the cost I paid for the deal) for future services. He did not charge me any additional for coming out and meking that adjustment and now I still have a $9 credit for future services. It was evident that I know nothing about gargage doors, so he could have taken advantage of the situation, but he didn't and I appreciate that.
