Description of Work: Tuneup was not needed. All that was needed was the bottom bar of the garage door replaced. Appreciated the fact that he was honest and did not provide service that was not needed.

Description of Work: Tj Nolen came to our home to provide the service that was an Angies List deal. He stated that we did not need this particular service. I asked how we could get the garage door to open with less noise. He said that we would have to install a new opener. TJ went over the options with us and we chose the to of the line opener. He installed it on May 31, 2013. I paid for it in cash from my "special stash." It was $440.00. My husband was so impressed with the door that he refunded half the money back into my stash. TJ as a provider and person was excellent.

Description of Work: TJ came out to look at the garage of a house that I am flipping. It is an odd sized 6 foot high by 16 feet wide. He said it was too short for a standard overhead door, but he would give me an estimate for a custom job. This was fine with me as I needed to do something. TJ never called back. I left him a VM and sent him an email even saying "If you don't want the job, just let me know." He never responded. I wouldn't contact this guy unless you want to waste your time.

Description of Work: They tuned the garage door and provided a new garage door opener. The service man was on time, very professional, and did an excellent job. He was adaptable on the scheduling.

Description of Work: JT showed up exactly when he said he would, but when he looked at the garage doors he saw that the rollers have square stems as do the door brackets.....he said he had never seen doors like this in his 6 years of business and doesn't know of any mfg that makes replacement square stemmed rollers....(I've also researched on the internet and can't find any) he said he could do a tune up on each door instead, for just $99 and to request a refund for the 2nd $99 coupon....he also offered to give me a keyless entry for free but I already had one so no need...

Description of Work: Very detailed. Inspected, adjusted and or lubed as needed chain, springs, rollers, garage door panel position, hinges and tracks. Advised on condition (i.e. wear and tear). Gave professional opinion on the expected life left of the garage door springs when asked. Prompt and professional. Was in and out within about a half hour. Door is much quieter and running like new.

Description of Work: Great company to work with. I asked for some upgraded services and received them at a fairly low cost compared to my expectations. I was quite impressive with this company - I'd certainly use them again.

Description of Work: I had a big deal to recondition the garage door and redo the rollers to make it quieter. Worked well, He was fast and professional. He pointed out some other wear and I ended up spending more as a prevention. I had been having problems with the "eye" that prevents the door from closing if something is in the way. He reset them and showed me how to be sure they were correctly aligned. Less than a week later, it failed again and would not close. He came out, made a quick fix while waiting for a part and then came back to make a more permanent solution to what turned out to be a wiring problem. He only charged me for parts for the 2 later visits, which I appreciated. I would ask him back again. Not cheap, but very good.
