Mr. Nolen returned call quickly. Set convenient time and date. Very prompt and professional. Explained the work well and cleaned up when he finished.

Mr. Nolen arrived exactly at 9 A.M. as scheduled. He first helped my son and I raise the door to allow us to drive both cars out of the garage. He then went right to work first relieving the tension on the one good spring and then removing both torsion springs. He then installed two new springs. Finally, he adjusted both springs to properly counter balance the door so it could be raised with only minimal effort. He explained each step as he did it as I am a do-it-yourself type of guy with a natural curiosity. (But, I know that garage door springs are best left to someone with experience!) He completed my job and left at 9:40 A.M. Once again (I had used Mr. Nolen once before a few years ago) I was really impressed with Tim Nolen's knowledge, ability and efficiency along with a reasonable price. I had used him a few years ago and just as impressed as I was the first time. When I need any garage door service in the future I will definitely call Paramount Garage Doors.

TJ came within hours of my initial call. He first replaced a part that had worn out but it turned out I needed a new garage door opener. (The one we had definitely seen better days!) TJ came back the next day to install the new opener. Overall, I couldn't be happier the work done and with TJ's responsiveness, courtesy and professionalism.

Excellent! My wife and I heard the garage door spring break in the early evening. Since we could not open the garage door, she made arrangements to get a ride to work the following morning, so that we would not need to pay extra for an after-hours call. I sent an email to TJ at Paramount Garage Doors (so that we would be sure to get on their list for the next day), and asked that he call first thing in the morning. I received a call from TJ shortly after sending that email. He asked me a few questions about the garage door and gave me an estimate of $125 to replace the spring (the door has one spring - some have two). He said that he was on a call at that moment, but could come by that evening, once he completed the current task - at NO EXTRA CHARGE! He arrived well before his estimated arrival and began work immediately. He was very friendly and professional, and approached the task of replacing the spring in a very confident, organized fashion. The service took considerably less time than I expected. After he changed the spring, he lubricated it to avoid any noises which would have otherwise occurred. I discovered that the garage door did not seal completely, and he made an adjustment to the garage door opener so that it allowed the door to close more tightly. I would love it if every repair technician that I hire exhibited the same level of competence, professionalism, courtesy and friendliness as TJ. And all this with a price that was below what I expected to pay, with no after-hours charge. Well done!

The person who came to fix the garage door was very nice and repaired the door in good time and to my satisfaction. As he said the service that I paid for through Angie's List was not needed, the cost would be reimbursed through Angie's. I would definitely use Paramount again.

I like them a lot and I have recommended them to others. The worker was really good and they came out within a day or two once we called them. They got the job done in about 2-3 hours.

TJ came and replaced my garage door opener. I first called the original company that installed opener when we bought our home, but they were going to charge more to come out, and repair then a new opener would cost me. So, I shopped around, and TJ gave me the best price and with excellent service.

They came out and told me that they cannot perform the service due to warranty of the part with another company.

They were excellent. They have A's across the board and I would definitely use them again. Really nice guy. He was professional, prompt. He was the epiphany of a really good business. He was right on time, he responded quickly, he even called us so we didn't have to track him down, that was nice. He was based more on our schedule and he came when we needed him to come. He went a step beyond because he didn't have to program the remote and he did.

When the technician came out to give the tune up, he said since I had the rollers replaced two years ago, I did not need the rollers replaced, I only need the tune up. He went ahead and serviced the door and I just wrote a check to him for the cost of the tune up. TJ was an excellent technician, he was a very honest person.

His price was very competitive. He did wonderful job. He was very prompt, helpful, even gave us samples to choose from, and very pleasant to work with.

We couldn't be happier with the service from Paramount. Mr. Nolen was very responsive and kept us updated multiple times on scheduling an appointment in the first few hours following our initial call. No upfront charges just to come out; all billing was directly tied to the work performed. That work was done quickly and professionally and the price was entirely reasonable. Certainly Paramount will receive all of our business related to garage door/opener installation and repair, but this level of service makes us wish they did lots of other things so we could experience the same excellence in every service we hire out.

This was a great experience (well, if you have to have your garage door opener worked on anyway...). Mr. Nolen arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and very fair with his pricing. He checked each unit and explained the problems on each opener clearly. He also took the time to explain how we could recognize future problems (particularly if the sensors are misaligned). I was very pleased with the service.

The guy came out and was very nice. He determind that he couldn't really do a tune-up because we had an older home, but we were very happy with the service.

I lowered the door on to my wife's car. Not a good thing. The door would then not move up or down. Paramount Door service found one of the rollers was off the track and got it back into place. There was no charge as the work required was minimal. The response was prompt and the service provider personable. I will definitely call them again if there is a need for further garage door service required.

Service was great. He was quick, friendly, and cost was very reasonable. PLUS, all of this happened on Christmas Eve! Not exactly the best time to have the spring break on your garage door. He also noticed when he came in, that something (a cable?) was off track on our third car garage door and he fixed it at no cost. We would use Paramount again and recommend!
