Paramount Garage Doors

TJ was again very on time to install the door. He reconnected the garage door opener. He was very professional and nice. He cleaned up afterward. Highly recommend this company.

It turned out great! He did everything he said he was going to do. We wound up needing a new garage door and purchasing it from them.

He returned calls very promptly, made appointments within a short time frame from my original call, and was very prompt when coming for the appointment. Very polite, professional, and performed the services in a speedy and efficient manner. I felt the price of the service/materials was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who has garage door/door opener needs for maintenance, service, or replacement.

He had to make several trips to my house because we had difficulty getting the parts for my opener, but he didn't charge me one cent more. In addition to tuning up the door, he ended up installing a new motor to my opener, because it was bad. I would definitely give him the highest possible rating, he was determined to do the job right.

Great. They showed up on time and went to work on my loud and unpredictable garage door. They were done within a half an hour and the door works great. Well worth the money.

Arrived on time did examination and determined that deal did not apply since it was for nylon roller replacement and mine did not need replacement. I also had other problem, broken spring, so immediately offered to apply credit towards that repair. Young man is profesisonal, courteous and not out to take advantage of service not needed. Will use again.

We bought a 99 dollar coupon from Angie's list. We didn't know that that only covered one garage door - we have two small ones instead of one big one. So the second door + new remotes cost another $100. Kind of expensive for about 30 minutes work and pretty cheap components (he charged $30 a piece for the remotes - way more than cost). He did do a good job and was friendly. And he had wanted to charge me even more, so at least he came down a little. But too expensive. Get a quote before he does the work, definitely.

I called this company twice during business hours and received their greeting, but their voice mail box was full. I then e-mailed via Angie's List to contact me via cell. Never heard back. Contacted one of their competitors who came out same day. This company has good reviews, perhaps they are just swamped. I would have appreciated them returning my call even if it was to say they were backed up. I was very pleased with the company I ultimately used.

They were courteous on the phone. When they informed me that the extra door would be at the regular price, I decided it would be best to call the garage door's manufacturer.

Handled this transaction mostly over the phone, very informative and forthright with cost estimates. Kept appt as scheduled. Only disappointment was that he came with only one remote car opener for a two car garage installation with the promise to mail a second. He ended up delivering a second remote 5 days later, which I had to program.

I had this refunded because they included this in the whole price of the repair.

Couldn't get the garage door to function. Would not move up or down. Decided to get professional help for my nonmoving garage door. A very genial young man came to the rescue. He didn't even chuckle when he discovered that a setting on the chain to the opener had somehow come to be in an uneffective position. He reset the aforementioned, cleaned and oiled thr rollers, and sweetly apologized for having to charge me (unsaid - for my ignorance). Can you beat that?

When the garage door wouldn't open normally I contacted Paramount. I left a voicemail, TJ returned the call promptly and we scheduled a time the next day to meet at my house to potentially repair or replace the garage door opener, since I didn't know what was wrong. As requested, he contacted me as he was on his way so I could meet him there. He immediately identified the problem (broken springs) and was able to repair it right away. He also reset my remotes since the outside remote hadn't worked since I purchased the house (I didn't know the code from the prior owner). I would definitely call him again for any future garage door needs.

When a spring broke on one of the garage doors I called Paramount for an estimate to repair the spring and perform any needed maintenance. TJ promptly returned my call and said he could be out within two days. The day of the repair he discovered our custom garage doors each have two springs, so he couldn't complete all the work we had discussed. Fortunately, he was able to at least get the broken door operating again and we scheduled an additional appointment - the earliest being two business days later. In the end, TJ replaced all four springs (if one breaks, the others are probably about to go) and installed quieter nylon rollers for both doors. He also performed the recommended annual lubrication, etc. for both doors. TJ seemed very knowledgable, yet honest about what we did and did not need for our type of door. He was very nice and polite and prompt (if not early!) to all our appointments.

TJ responded quickly to my service request and came out in a timely manner. I will definitely call him again when I need my garage door fixed or serviced.

The gentleman from Paramount Garage doors came out and did a great job checking the garage doors for any issues. He oiled all the rollers, and informed me that the garage door is getting old. He provided me the cost of a new coil and a strut should I need it in the future. When the times comes, that I will need to have the garage door fixed, I will probably call Paramount garage doors. The only probably I had with them, was getting them here. It took a couple of months and several calls before I could get them here.

Our garage door wouldn't open so I called Paramount. T.J. returned the call and I made an appointment for him to look at it. After making his suggestions, he came back the next day to do the work (however, before he left, he installed a manual security latch on the inside...at no charge). The garage door was installed in the mid 1980's and needed a new operator with remote, along with a roller replacement and tune up. He also suggested that the track be raised up for better clearance (he did this at no additional charge). T.J. was friendly and professional and gave us an honest assessment of what needed to be done. We are very pleased with the results and would definitely use him again.

They arrived on time, had all their equipment and did great work. I was happy I can now open my garage from my car.

Service call indicated that tune up wasn't warranted and excessive noise was from design of garage door opener not door rollers(nylon) or condition of track chain. He indicated that the rollers were nylon and didn't need replacing. I appreciated his honesty. He did not charge me for a service call. I did have him replace the rubber door seal on the bottom of the garage door (double size). He had to return with the parts to do this due to the type/age of the original seal. He did return a few days later and completed the work in a professional manner. I would use Paramount again.

The contact person was very cordial and professional. He examined my door and noticed there were some cracks in some of the trusts. He not only performed the work that was required but replace the trust and came back the next day to replace the cable. He actually offered to replace the cable for a significant discount because he was unable to get back at the time he expected to. Great worker and Great company.

It was so long ago, but the experience went very well, Garage door is much smoother and quieter now, Cost is not accurate, but check coupon,

Recently bought new house. wanted the garage doors serviced. Roller wheels were replaced. excellent service.

I called and was able to get an appointment right away. The gentleman I spoke with was eager to help get me an appointment on my schedule and explained exactly what I would get for my money. The technician was on time and friendly. He did not try to sell me any other services, which I appreciated. He worked quickly and quietly and was done before I knew it. He had me sign paperwork and left, and I was on with my day, My garage door is much quieter now and I haven't had any issues.
