Paramount Garage Doors

I purchased a big deal for conditioning/inspection/roller replacement for two garage doors. I contacted the company to schedule and we did so promptly. On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived on time, was courteous and informative. I had a question about the door opener missing a bolt. When he looked up at the opener he noticed the bar that the rollers move along was disconnected from the ceiling! I was so glad he was there to remedy both problems. He did so promptly and now the doors/openers are safe and work wonderfully.

Our garage door opener died after 21 years of successful operation. After looking over options on Angies List, and having no experience with any, I called Paramount Garage Doors (based solely on their A.L. rating). I phoned yesterday, describing the issue and the noise from the opener. T.J. basically diagnosed the issue over the phone, stated I'd more than likely need a replacement and quoted me an estimate. I asked him to come out as soon as possible. He came the next day (today) and was right on time. He's a very pleasant fellow, very courteous, and after a quick look at the unit confirmed his suspicion. He proceeded to replace the unit for us. I also asked him to install a keyless entry, which we didn't have previously. He also installed an electric eye for safety, which was not part of our old system. The price charged was exactly what he quoted, no surprises. He was done quickly. The work was very neat, with fresh wiring neatly stapled along the ceiling. We went from broken to completely fixed (actually improved upon), in just over 24 hours. Excellent work by T.J.; we would recommend him to any homeowner with similar needs.

He was very good. He did a wonderful job. He did need to get heavier springs and he came back at at another time to finish that.

They did exactly what was advertised and it was fine.

He was on time. He did good work. He told me he would mail me a check for $16 for a material overcharge on the sales receipt. When two weeks passed and no check was received, I needed to call him back and remnd him about his promise to mail back a refund check. Just received the check last week.

We have an older garage door and opener that had trouble closing in the winter months. I spotted a Big Deal and took a chance--so glad I did! The garage door works perfectly now and is quieter, too. Scheduling was as simple as a phone call. TJ Nolan came out right on time. He explained and did the work well, giving our old door and opener a few more years of use. When it is time to replace it, I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Prior to TJ coming out, my garage door motor burned up. So thought I was going to have to purchase a new opener as well. However, TJ knew that my motor had a lifetime warranty. He came out determined that it was the motor, called Wayne-Dalton and had them set up a service ticket for me. I supplied my proof of purchase and they sent me a new motor. I installed it myself. Then TJ came back out to install the Big Deal and made adjustments for my door as needed. He was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of time and money. I felt he went above and beyond and didn't charge me any extra. I will definitely use him again.

They completed the reconditioning on my garage door and put on new rollers. Everything turned out very good. They were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. He reviewed the whole system and let me know of any future repairs that I might need.

They were very good and prompt. I've never had any problems with the garage door. I would use them again.

This company is very professional, prompt, and does a really good job of communicating. I will definitely use them again if I ever need further service.

There was a garage door roller special that we purchased thinking that was the problem with our garage door. When the technician arrived, it was found that that wasn't the problem. We actually had some structural damage and a hinge needed replaced. However, he went ahead and repaired the door for what we had paid on the special even though it would have cost more otherwise . He was pretty awesome.

It went okay but her was over an hour late because he got lost in the wrong area of town. He seemed knowlegable and I didn't feel like I was being sold things that I didn't really need. The door is much quieter now.

TJ did an excellent job diagnosing the problems and did a great job fixing them. We have had lots of trouble with our garage door for a long time. Since TJ repaired it, it has worked perfectly. He is conscientious and responsive. I would highly recommend this firm.

He even did things that were not on the list. He did a great job.

TJ arrived and was albe to gain access to the garage, diagnose and fix the problem. The work was done in a professional and efficient manner. TJ answered my questions ( why did that happen, how can I prevent problems) and took some extra time to evaluate the entire system. I am very impressed with the service call resulsts and the effort to go above and beyond TJ made.

T.J. Did a great job fixing a broken spring and adding a remote control. He provided the best cost estimate compared to three others and showed up the next day on time for the job. I recommend him for any garage door job.

They did a good job. I have no complaints about them. They did exactly what they stated, and they did not try to make me purchase other items.

did a great job, however there were and continue to be problems with the garage door going down using the remote. I contacted TJ several times by phone and by email and have had one response that didn't result in further service being done. I made it clear in my message that I didn't expect this work to be done under the "deal" and would be glad to pay for it. I still feel that way, anb would use Paramount again, but would like them to actually come over and look at/give me an estimate/do the work.

They were always on time. They responded well to our initial request.

He explained what we needed and gave details as he perormed the work.

It was a very quality job. The owner was punctual, transparent in what he had to do and went above and beyond to get it all done. We'll use them for all garage door issues in the future.

Came and did work that was for angies list deal and told me of other things that could help prolong life of door. Came back and finiished job.
