They took my call and the door was repaired in less than 1 hour. I suspect the owner was swamped by taking on too much for a small company.

He explained the work performed in a concise and professional manner. Arrived on time.

Paramount had a "special" for tune up and replacement of rollers (to nylon) for "quietness"-my door would also close partially, then go back up! I purchased 1 coupon.and called provider to schedule service. Dealt with TJ. From start to finish he was a professional. He was able to quickly schedule the service, arrived early for appt. He was polite and professional. He asked about any concerns, reviewed the service I had requested, and went to work. Due to the age of our single door, I elected to have him change the spring for additional cost of 125.00. The spring on our other door had already been replaced-when it broke! Just seemed the sensible thing to do since he was here and the cost was reasonable. work was completed in a timely fashion, and reviewed. He answered other questions I had about 'replacement panel' for one of the doors, that has been "eaten' by chipmunks to gain entry to garage, and stored birdseed. Unfortunately, due to the age of the doors, panels aren't available. Very pleased with the service and the technician. Would recommend to others, and would use again .

The spring on our automatic garage door broke on a Thursday evening (March 28th) preventing the overhead door from opening. We called around using companies recommended on Angie's List. Paramount was the cheapest and also the one who could come out first. We called and received the voice mail and did not leave a message, intending to go on to the next company on the list. The owner called us back within a short time (less than an hour)! (1st great thing that sets him apart) Then, he quoted us a price and did not charge for an estimate. (2nd great thing that sets him apart) Knowing that we had to go to work the next day, he came at 7:30 am so we would not have to miss much work. (3nd great thing that sets him apart). He realized after looking at our overhead door that we had a old model so he had to get a special spring that would work for us. He charged considerably less than other companies for this. Also, he did not make us wait a week to get the special spring like other companies were going to do. (4th great thing that set him apart) He returned in the afternoon at 1:00--exactly as he said he would do. He was quick to finish the replacement of the spring. (5th great thing--punctuality and consideration of our time to come during a lunch hour) He not only replaced the spring, but he adjusted the rails of the overhead door, he made necessary adjustments to the automatic opener and gave the overhead door fresh oil so that it opens better and much quieter---all at no extra charge! Wow! You just do not get this kind of service anymore! We will definitely use him again!

We called Paramount and left a message in the early evening after our garage door torsion spring broke. We received a call back immediately, and TJ was able to come out first thing in the morning to replace the spring. He arrived promptly the next morning and made all the necessary repairs. I'm very happy with Paramount's professional and courteous service and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

The only problem I had with this vendor was the initial contact. I think he was overwhelmed with the response to the "Big Deal". I called Angie's List for help and they were pretty slow to respond as well. (I'm talking 2 weeks for Angie's and 4 weeks to the vendor!) Once he arrived, he did a good job.

As good as it gets. They arrived a few minutes early, talked me out of a more expensive repair and gave me a great price.

I had an older wooden door that made a lot of noise and it was very loud. Sometimes it would not stay closed. We would reset it and it worked for about a week. After a couple times dealing with that I knew I had to replace it. I explained what was happing and TJ told me exactly what I needed. I thought the motor was going out but TJ said I did not need a neww motor yet. He asked me how old it was and stated it should last mayebed g 3 or 4 more years. He could have said I need a motor and door but was very honest in his evaluation. The door works great and looks great. Excellent job!

Purchased the big deal for garage door tune up and roller replacements. TJ came out to take a look at my door. He was on time and it was a pleasant experience. It turns out my door isn't in great shape so the coupon wouldn't really apply, but he said he would honor it and apply it toward a new door or trying to patch it up a bit. I eventually opted for the patch job, but never heard back from my last email on 3/8 (over two weeks ago). Communication was fast and responsive at first (including email), but got worse. Prior to my last email, I had to email a followup email, to which I received a response, but I'm not going to keep doing that. Overall, TJ seemed like a nice guy, but the experience went downhill for me; I'll be getting a refund for the big deal and seeking a different company to work on my door.

TJ was very responsive. Actually arrived 5 minutes early. After completing tune-up he went over the condition of my ten year old door and opener. While he indicated the opener will need to be replaced in the near future there was no pressure to get it done now .

Two days later, he was here with a new garage door opener and bracing bars for the door. That makes a big difference as it doesn't appear to sag and strain the opener anymore. I couldn't be more pleased. Compared to the old opener, (cheap) this is a cadillac model. Quiet and smooth. Mr. Nolen was terrific, helpful, competent. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and immediate attention I was given. Highly recommend! He will be my go-to company for any future garage opener problems.

The was service technician was friendly and competent. In addition, the service technician was willing to give me pertinent information about maintaining and servicing my garage door.

All repairs were performed as promised and when I called with followup questions, TJ was very polite and willing to explain the repairs performed.

They were very good. They did a good job. So I called them back one time for a minor thing and they fixed it right away. I couldn’t program my brand new car with it. They came and re-programmed that for me which was a couple of days after I had the work done. There was nothing that I didn’t like about them. They were fine. The guy that did the work was the owner of the company.

The owner arrived on time and was clean, neat and professional. He quickly got to work and took care of getting everything in good shape. He assessed our bearings and told me they didn't need replacement. Then he offered to apply the remainder of my payment to replacing a part that had gone bad on one of our door openers. I got the full value of my purchase, plus excellent service and a quick & efficient professional. He made a second trip to our home to complete the work because he needed to order a special part. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work.
