Paramount Garage Doors

We had our house on the market. They were able to replace garage door and the rollers. Everything turned out fine and we had no problems. It was easy to make an appointment.

They were fine. They did a fine job.

He set up the visit. Arrived on time. Performed the service. I have already used them for additional services.

I bought the big deal to get the rollers replaced on one of our two garage doors. Young man came out and explained that i needed new doors. I do not think we need new doors, so i asked for a refund on the big deal. they refunded my money quickly.

Excellent. The spring broke on Sunday and I was happily surprised that TJ called back that day. He came out the next day and replaced the springs. I am very happy with him and also to be able to get out of my garage!

Punctual arrival. As well as agreed upon work, some bent rail tracks were reshaped properly.

He was punctual and knew what he was doing. He repaired the part that was bad but also suggested how else our door could be better (at our request). The rubber flashing around the door was beginning to tear. He placed some of the wood around with the seal and also replaced the rollers in frame. That made such a difference in the noise level when the door raised and lowered. So much quieter and smoother.

Worker arrived on time and began to work on our door. He discovered a broken part that we were unaware of. He had to order the part, so rescheduled visit and returned in a very reasonable timeframe. Additional part and labor was reasonably priced. The door runs like a dream now. I'm a new homeowner and the repairman also spent time to go over proper functioning of the door with me. Very helpful.

TJ was extremely professional and helpful. He did not try to oversell me on anything and corrected safety issues that another garage door company I used several years had made. He was thorough, and I really enjoyed working with him. I would recommend this company over the larger ones in our area any day.

Everything went fine with it and we haven't had any issues. We were pretty busy with their special and they came out when they were supposed to and did the job when they were supposed to.

Ironically, I bough that before I used when one of my springs broke and I could get my garage door open. I called them up, he came right after and I think it was the same day, fix the spring, did the tune-up at the same time. This guy was good, very reasonable pricing, responsive, came right after and fix and installed it and we were good to go. I would not hesitate to use him again. He's very professional.
