Our garage door motor burned up and snapped a cable upon returning home from work. We called Paramount and the owner returned our call promptly and scheduled service the next afternoon. He arrived promptly and replaced the entire control unit, chain and channel and supplied new garage door openers for our 3 cars and was done by 6pm, with the latest technology. At a cost below his estimate. After 28 years with the same equipment, we didn't know what we were missing. Of course my wife says the same thing about me.

All went well. He showed up on time, performed work, and provided opinion regarding overall door condition. Definitely would use again.

The experience was good. We ended up doing the things included in the big deal, and then we also ended up up getting a new motor through them as well so that is not related to the big deal.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. We went above the cost of the deal. It was great. It was good service. We felt they were fair and honest. He gave us the option of not necessarily replacing the openers and that he would repair them. He gave us the life expectancy with the repairs so we chose to replace them.

They did a good job. It works fine. They had to order a part so it took about 3 weeks. They were punctual.

He explained things to me. Did a great job, and was very professional.

The torsion spring on the garage door broke trapping our car inside the garage. After looking over Angie's List, Paramount Garage Doors was one of the businesses we called. Based on our description of the problem, TJ of Paramount Garage Doors quickly offered his diagnosis followed by a very reasonable quote. He explained that he was booked for the rest of the afternoon and could get to our garage no sooner than the next morning. Knowing how important it was for us to have our car before then, he gave me step-by-step instructions on how to temporarily lift the door so that we could free our car. The fact that he helped with this as well as not trying to sell us anything beyond the scope of the problem (broken torsion spring) really sold us on Paramount Garage Doors. TJ arrived the next morning exactly when he said he would. The work was accomplished within a half hour and our garage door was fully functional again. I can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of Paramount Garage Doors and we highly recommend them to anyone in the Indy area with garage door issues. Thanks, TJ!

Purchased a Big deal for Paramount Garage Doors. Had them install a keyless entry for our garage door. Everything works fine.

It worked out very well. Our garage door was shot so he could not repair it. He gave us an excellent deal on the door and repaired it for us. It was excellent, very personable, explained everything he was doing and was very good.
