Everything went smoothly and as expected. Technician found no problems and conducted preventative maintenance. No complaints.

It was great. The guy was terrific. He was very good and took very good care of me. He delivered exactly what was promised, and explained everything as he went along.

I had checked the circuit breaker. He came and discovered it was just the GFI test button on a light switch that needed to be pushed. He didn't even charge me!

Very well. Showed up on time, very curteous and had the job done in less than 1 hour. Explained what all he did prior and after completing the job.

He did a great job. We had purchased a deal and that was applied towards our total bill. We needed to have our rollers replaced and general service maintenance done on a double garage door and a single garage door. They sound and work so much better now!

Loved it and I feel bad that I failed to write a report sooner! We called, we got scheduled soon, he was on time - all things that I like. He made adjustments on the door that made it travel properly and he replaced the rollers to nylon(?) rollers that lowered the growl that our door used to have. It's much better now. Professional, polite, and well versed in his field is how I would describe TJ. Great work!

Fast and quick, came with the parts.

It was a big deal purchase. After I actually purchased that; he came and he told me that with these types of doors he cannot really reduce the noise. I wish they would mention about all these things before in their budget. The work was good but he told me he couldn’t reduce the noise because of the model of the garage. I wish I get a chance to talk to them before I purchase the deal so that I don’t waste the money. He did actually clean up the doors and the bushing. The noise is still there. If he was able to reduce the noise then it was a good price but then he told me he couldn’t do it with this type of doors. Even before I buy the deal I should be able to talk to the vendor and see if this type of doors can be fixed or not. I think they will be able to fix it but I didn’t know about the technicalities or anything like that.

I could not have been more happy or satisfied with the serviced I received from Paramount Garage Doors. After realizing I need help to replace the broken spring it just took one phone call and Paramount made it happen. The repairman was on time, quickly explained to me what he needed to do to fix the problem, made the fix, and finished the transaction. Great choice!

I asked for a receipt and he said he would mail it to me, but I never received it. That was my only disappointment though, everything else was fine.
