+ -1 moreWe were very happy with the work. The price seemed to be good because of the deal. They were knowledgeable and they worked quickly. They knew how to do the pad and the eyes so that was very good.
Description of Work: We did not have the eyes in for the garage door and they put those in. They reset our garage door keypad and put in new rollers. They did not charge any extra for the keypad. This service was through a Big Deal. We did pay extra for the eyes as that was not part of the Big Deal.

+ -1 moreTJ arrived within the 30-min time window that he gave, was very polite, professional, and clean. He quickly and accurately assessed the situation and did a fantastic job fixing the problems. We'll definitely call again the next time we need either garage door or opener service.
Description of Work: We had a little incident which caused the thing that connects the garage door to the opener to become disengaged. TJ fixed that problem quickly. He also made some adjustments to get the door to close completely and replaced the rollers on the door, which were old and noisy.
