The technician did a great job - he showed up when he said he would - he did a good job - he had to come back later to clean a different part of the door mechanism and did a great job. Very happy with the results.

TJ came to replace a broken torsion spring on our door. He ended up being 30 minutes late, but took great care to complete the job well. He apologized for his mistake in scheduling and ended up giving us the service for free.

He came on time. Provided relevant information before doing the job and did a very good job.

Contracted to install new rollers, informed that they were not needed, but the seals were damaged so had them replaced instead.

TJ looked at my garage and said that it really didn't need any service. I will call him in the future if I need to.

I couldn't get out of garage so I called to have someone come out as soon as possible. He was able to juggle his schedule to fit me in very quickly. He arrived when promised and did repair. Price was very reasonable. Very pleased.

Our tech was very knowledgeable and explained while he could quiet the door a bit, because of the motor and double spring system, he couldn't quiet it completely. In the future, we will have to switch out and he was knowledgeable about this.

Our house was built in 1999. We have done general maintenance such as oiling the rollers, etc. However, there has never been a complete check until now. The owner of Paramount Garage Doors arrived promptly as scheduled, and performed the services that were in the "big deal" which was purchased. He checked all the working parts and replaced all the rollers. He also noticed a screw and bolt had at some point fallen off without our knowledge and he replaced it. He was extremely professional and friendly. We were very pleased with this purchase and would most definately use him again.

Spoke with them on the phone and discussed what was needed and got estimate. Installed a few days later. Punctual, professional, hauled away replaced openers and parts. Great to work with and delivered exactly what was promised.

I called today 10:30am and left a message to see if someone could come out today and fix our garage door. By 11:30 TJ was at our house and at work in the garage. In about 35 minutes he had replaced the old broken spring, tightened all the bolts on the door frame, replaced some missing hardware and fixed the garage door button on the wall that had not been working for at least a year. I told him he didn't have to do that b/c I assumed it was more of an electrical issue and we had just not gotten around to addressing it b/c we had the car remote we were using instead but he insisted. He found a broken wire up in the garage door mechanism itself, fixed that and then reattached our button to the wall with new screws. All this for $100 which was a complete steal with amazing customer service. Would recommend and use again anytime!

I bought the service which was offered as one of Angie's Big Deals and it really was a bargain. Our garage door is over 20 years old and badly needed a tune-up...or to be replaced. TJ arrived when scheduled, reviewed what he would do and then got to work. In no time he had replaced the rollers, tightened loose fittings, balanced the door and checked the electronic eye. He also replaced a burned out light bulb. Much smoother and quieter now! The seals need to be replaced and he provided a reasonable quote on that, but we'll probably replace the door at a later date instead. When Paramount sells garage doors, they take a picture of your home and show what it would look like with different styles-- maybe all garage door sellers do this--such a good idea.

It went very well. He was very thorough, punctual. He took his time and explained what he was going to be doing. As he was doing the job he looked around for other things that might come up and what to consider replacing in the future. He was really good. We will definitely use them again.

It went fine and I was able to get a couple more years out of the doors. It was a reasonable price.
