Very fast, inexpensive to what I expected

T.J. could not have been more professional, helpful and responsive. My father had installed my garage door, but it wasn't working properly. T.J. offered charged me only for the work he did. He proposed a logical step-by-step resolution of the problem. When the first step didn't work, he talked me through the second over the phone. When that didn't work, he patiently tried to talk me through the third to save me a second bill. I ended up unable to get the wall unit fully operational. T.J. came back promptly and quickly made the fix. I wish he could handle every home maintenance job I have!

Installation of new door motor .. Excellent.

I used TJ's services in the past and was very happy with the results. This time, he fixed my door at a rental property. He was quick to visit the property and diagnose the problem. The price was reasonable and now I don't have to worry about the door. Will definitely contact him first for my future garage door needs.

The deal included roller replacement, but since my garage door was installed (by the builder) in such a way that the rollers couldn't be removed, Paramount gave me a credit towards another tune-up instead. Replaced broken spring on double garage door. Came the day after I called after making sure I could get my vehicle out of the garage. Highly recommend!

The gentleman checked and replaced the rollers. made sure everything was in alignment and all the fittings and screws were secure and lubricated for the winter on our large garage door. On the second door he also replaced the rubber fitting on the bottom of the second door. |Very nice person with a new satisfied customer

He is very responsive and easy to work with. I have used him twice, once for a door and once for a new opener. I would use him again. He is easy to trust. I recommended him to a co-worker who thanked me for recommending Paramount as he too liked the service.

Someone from this company called and left a msg on my phone. I called that numer back later and was informed that the number was out of service. I never heard from the company again.

Received a Big Deal notice on the website for garage door tune-up, and though I didn't need a tune-up, called Paramount to see about the cost of a new garage door opener. They came out the next day while I was at work, and called with an estimate. My opener was old and there was no way to open my double garage door without electricity. They installed the unit a few days later, made custom modifications to the assembly to accommodate my low-ceiling garage, installed a key-pad security system, a laser safety device, a door opening system inside the side garage door, and provided two remote openers. Courteous and efficient and did a terrific job.

He was very professional. Explained everything thoroughly that he had done. Told me how I could do maintenance on the garage if I wanted to do it myself. Which I appreciated but he did such a great job I would rather he just come back when I need the service again. The garage door had been making a lot of noise when it went up and down. He was able to reduce the noise by 80%. He worked independently. He also made it a point to ask me all the concerns that I had about the door before he began working on it. He talked with me about the work that he had performed and we also tested the garage door just before he left. An outstanding job!

This was the second time we have used TJ and Paramount. We have had them replace both of our garage door openers (one last year and one today). TJ is a really nice guy. Both times he was prompt, professional, and helpful. He does excellent work and I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Nolen ordered the new child safety light and installed it 6 days later. We have unusual tracks on our garage door and he fixed the vibrations and lubricated all parts. Now the garage door closes properly and closes smoothly again. There was an additional charge for the child safety light since the coupon only covered service but the price of the part was very fair and reasonable. We would definitely use him again. He was on time for both appointments and very professional.

We had an appointment for a garage door opener to be installed at our new house. The gentlemen who installed it was running late because of a prior appointment. To compensate us for his tardiness, he upgraded our unit to the next better option at no additional cost. The installation went smooth and we like our unit a lot. It runs quietly and smoothly so far, and the motion-detecting sensor is a nice feature. The display inside the garage even shows the temperature. Not an option I would have paid for, but kind of cool nonetheless. The keypad works well, too.
