Paramount Garage Doors

It went extremely well. Price was very reasonable. I had thought I needed to replace the entire opener.

I bought one of the deals on Angie's list after my garage door stopped working. After a little scheduling difficultly (several phoen calls), Paramount came out and fixed the door in under half an hour at only the cost of the big deal. Hopefully I won't need it again, but would call Paramount again in the future.

Paramount came and walked me through the maintenance steps of my garage door and re-balanced the door. He was on time and professional and the cost was very reasonable. There was also an option on the deal to purchase a battery operated door opener mounted outside which I didn't do because I wasn't sure my opener was compatible. When they came out they told me it was compatible and they would just give me the price on the deal.

The person quoted me a price of $250 if they were to fix the door without contacting the warranty company. Since that time I had another service repair my door. The charge was $29 for a service fee and $15 for the labor totaling $44 for the cost of the repair. I would recommend this company just for the fact that they didn't charge a service fee to tell me what was wrong with my garage door.

It went pretty well actually. Not only did they do what they were supposed to do, but the track that the garage door goes up and down on had actually gotten bent. They had a spare piece from another job and they put it on for nothing. I was very pleased! I didn't have to pat anything other than the $99.00. The only thing that stopped them from arriving on time was that the man had the flu, but he kept in touch. Then he basically arrived when he said he was. If you catch the flu you are not going out to work. I was left with a very good feeling.

They were fine. They came out as they promised . I am very pleased with them. They came within two to three days so they certainly came well within what I was expecting.

T. J. was very professional and courteous from the start. He came out as quickly as he could get to us and diagnosed that the opener and keypad needed to be replaced and that the springs had also broke. The Angie's List deal did not apply to this type of work so I told him about our home warranty policy that covered the opener. He said that he would be willing to apply to our home warranty provider to become an authorized vendor for them so that we would not have to pay full price for the opener. After being told by the warranty company that they would approve him within a day or two, the approval had still not been granted after 10 days so TJ decided that he was not going to follow thru with the process. He offered to return to our home and replace the springs at a reduced cost, the same cost that he had offered originally as part of the package deal to replace opener and springs. We are very pleased. Would highly recommend TJ and Paramount.

It was fine. They were very friendly, professional and polite. They came and did the job I asked of them.

We called several garage door companies when our (26 year old) door opener started smoking. They were professional and came out the next day. T.J. the installer was very polite and diligent. We'd definitely use them again.

I called left him a message. He called right back and ask if I wanted him to walk me through trying a few things first and so we did and got it taken care of over the phone at no charge. You just don't hear about this kind of service these days. I have used him one other time when a spring broke and he was great then too.

He was exceptional. He did more than he should have done. My garage door opener went bad at the same time and he informed me that it was under warranty. He actually called the manufacturer and told me all I had to do was show proof of purchase and I got a new one. If he wasn't there, I would have never known that. He did a great job for me. He was very good. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

It was fine. The guy came and talked to me and he showed me the equipment that he replaced which I appreciated because I don’t know what they were going to do. I appreciated that honesty because I know it was mine because I saw him take things apart. They performed their job satisfactorily. The price was fine. It was the owner of the company who did the work.

I really liked him. I had him twice. Actually I may need to call him again as I am having problem with the door. He was punctual. I feel like he was pretty efficient and very reasonably priced and very polite. I would use him again in the future.

I was having a driveway put in, and the garage door alignment was off & made a lot of noise. They came out and aligned it. The tech was prompt, and I was very pleased with the overall service. Scheduling was very quick - they were able to come out the next day after I purchased the deal.

Great Service!! Our garage door was stuck open and making a weird noise when we tried to close it. We called Paramount and he said he could come out the same day (the day before Christmas Eve). Based on the description of the problem, he said it was probably a gear and if so it could be replaced for approx $125. I told him that was fine and to go ahead and replace the gear if that was the problem. When he looked at it, it turned out it just needed an adjustment. He made the adjustment and it has worked fine since. He didn't charge me anything (wouldn't take anything). I will definitely use Paramount for any garage door needs.

The initial deal was $99 for a new key pad or new rollers and adjustments and the guy who came out ended up putting the rollers on so we had the $99 deal and then he replaced some brackets and some pulleys and that came up to an additional $250. He was pretty knowledgeable. Certainly when you have somebody come in, you have to trust their judgment and hopefully they are giving you a good analysis of the situation and I felt pretty comfortable that the representative had done that. Of course I do not have this done everyday and I do not have anything to compare his price to but there is always a sticker shock there. The work went very well. He was pretty responsive and very professional.

We received 3 different quotes from varying garage door installers. Paramount offered the best quality door for the price. With a one man crew our old garage door was taken down, our new garage door was installed and our existing garage door motor was readjusted. I appreciated his honesty, the fact that he used a quality door, and throughout the process kept me informed of the work and the status of our material order. He also was very responsive to coming out for a quote and even offered to help get our cars out of garage if we needed it.
